It was my first time at this KFC, and I loved it — my 2-year-old son did too! We had the chicken tenders combo, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was super kind and helpful — I don’t speak English very well, but they patiently helped me place my order and made sure I understood everything. Our food came out fast and warm. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love this KFC! The service is always great, the place is clean, and my order comes out super fast. My favorite is the breaded chicken fillet (I don’t remember the exact name on the menu, but it’s delicious!) and I also really like the taco with chicken and sauce — it’s perfect for keeping my meals healthy without getting off track. Always leave satisfied!

Good fast food, with plenty of options. They carry both kfc and taco bell, which is great for a picky family that needs options. Very small inside and would recommend take out or drive through.

The attention for the drive thru was very horrible and very discriminatory we had to repeat our order more than 5 times and the person remained silent when arriving at the window the woman who gave the food very rude she literally wanted to leave our order very quickly and when asking for ketchup she filled the entire bag of ketchup really a very bad experience and very bad service

My sister ordered me a large mashed potato but in my order I received Mac and cheese. In the receipt it also said “ 1 Large side mash & Gravy”. I’m lactose intolerant and I can’t eat dairy. I’m very disappointed in this I was so excited.

Not sure what has happened with this location but it’s really gone down hill. I made an order online and drive though and the person on the other end said it will take 5 mins to get this order. So I said ok what would you like me to do….. he replied with nothing I said would you like me to pull over or drive back again. He said again you will have to wait 5 minutes. So………… why would he politely say if you pull over I’ll bring it out to you once your order comes through. Not make me drive all the way back around onto a main street and then back in the other side, which is like really hard to do in Worcester just for a five minute wait. The food is good though, and the surf is relatively fast but your people there really suck lately
When in the drive through check your drinks and your food bags. The drive thru workers always rude. Goddess forbid you ask for extra sauce or napkins and the employee's huff over it.

I recently ordered two special orders on Tuesday at 418 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01610 for 8 pieces ( 4 breasts & 4 tights) for $10. But I got 2 breasts, 2 tights and 4 drumsticks for both orders!
It seems at this location doesn't follow the menu instruction and just do whatever please!
