On October 22 at 11:20pm I was delivered food from this restaurant and the chicken was beyond old to the point where it’s obvious it’s been sitting for a while plus the fries were soggy and stale. This is not what I was expecting for my first ever delivery from this place but it will for sure be my last. Whoever served me old chicken you should be ashamed of yourself.

Sorry to say but for the past year or more 95% of the time I have gone at that location there have always been something. Eather food is old, service is poor food is missing and that's not including the smell of the sitting area it takes your hunger away as soon you walk inside the Lincoln st KFC. Sorry to say but I will never go there again or none of my family and friends. A lot of work needs to be done at that location. THANKS

My family went in and ordered at the kiosk and everything after that was just terrible. They lock the women’s bathroom (which was just plain annoying) so you have to bug a worker to open it for you, the entire soda machine was broken despite them claiming it was just the ice, they refused to just use the soda machine behind the register for the drinks we already ordered and gave us slushies instead, they forgot my ranch (that I paid extra for mind you), there was a whole cluster of flies in front of the register area, and the entire seating area was a mess. The food itself was okay but this is definitely the worst KFC in central Mass.

Worst customer service. Was given a coke with no ice, was giving no utensils. When I drove back into drive through to ask for hot sauce he almost threw it instead of placingit in my hands. Male and female( female seemed management) felt the need to hurry just to be on their phones. Food quality.. well it went straight into my garbage. Pls do not spend your hard earnd money in this establishment.Location..Lincoln St. Worcester Massachusetts.

I had a terrible experience st this location I went in the drive thru and the woman was very rude I spent 30 dollars on one meal and two small sides. She handed my drink to me with zero ice and the soda was warm. Then my food order was incorrect and she did not give me my utensils or sauce do I had to go inside and ask. She laughed at me and told me to get them myself. Very rudely. I will not come back to this location again and I suggest they watch who they hire because not everybody should be in food service.
