Worst customer service. Was given a coke with no ice, was giving no utensils. When I drove back into drive through to ask for hot sauce he almost threw it instead of placingit in my hands. Male and female( female seemed management) felt the need to hurry just to be on their phones. Food quality.. well it went straight into my garbage. Pls do not spend your hard earnd money in this establishment.Location..Lincoln St. Worcester Massachusetts.

I had a terrible experience st this location I went in the drive thru and the woman was very rude I spent 30 dollars on one meal and two small sides. She handed my drink to me with zero ice and the soda was warm. Then my food order was incorrect and she did not give me my utensils or sauce do I had to go inside and ask. She laughed at me and told me to get them myself. Very rudely. I will not come back to this location again and I suggest they watch who they hire because not everybody should be in food service.

Omg can’t believe. I ordered chicken nuggets online. When i get there they said they don’t have chicken nuggets and had me cancel my order on my phone. I asked if i can switch to something else but tha same amount, they said no. Then i asked how about my money bc i already paid it. They said “cancel your order and you might get your money back”. Wth. So mad. So disappointed

Super unorganized almost chaotic. Luckily we check the food before we left as the shortchanged us 2 sides. I mean really. It's not the food. It the people tasked to make and serve it. As you can see by the reviews a 3 star is the average number. I will not be going back to this particular KFC. Should have gone with my first instinct and got Chinese.

Quite literally the least welcoming place yet, a female employee in a nike tech slammed window in drive through and refused service around an hour before closed claiming theres no food then ate fried chicken infront of me and waved me off when i had a mobile order.. would give negative stars if possible dont bother going especially since their hours ars inaccurate 9/28 10:30pm

Been waiting for food for literally 30 minutes, what happened to the ‘FAST’ in fast food. also got our order wrong not once, not twice but three times. Not to mention totaled it wrong and rung us up for the wrong amount. Would literally never ever come back and I don’t suggest you come here either.

We sat at the drive-thru line for 10 minutes and pulled up to the speaker, to be greeted with a man on the intercom talking and chatting with a different employee cracking jokes and we waited for another 5-10 minutes listening after he had told us he needed a few minutes to do something but it all just sounded like he was laughing and doing off-task things. We spoke and said “hello?” to no response, so we drove off and were unable to get anything. I’ve had a few visits at this place and the other 2 times were better when I walked in but they don’t have baja blast and when I asked they shooed me off and ignored my question… on top of that they aren’t really friendly.

Even though I already gave my review on the section of Taco Bell, but I still will say KFC for my first time coming here. Amazing! They must be very popular because they ran out of chicken thighs and chicken wings on my bucket. The service was amazing. The lady was nice enough to inform me about that. The place very clean and easy to find. I will be back to dine in to enjoy the food. When is nice, fresh and hot?
