Tho the service was fast the chicken was just awful....so so soggy with grease....I ate a couple pieces anyway and then got sick 5 hours later. Will never go there again!!

Went today during the snow. Customer service was sub par. They didn't put everything in the bag that I paid for. So for 40 bucks I got 1 12 piece nugget instead of the 2 I ordered. 1 big box with soggy chicken and a bad biscuit, 2 wraps which were the best part of it, although still worse than I would have gotten at a better run KFC. And a classic crispy chicken sandwich that had a burned and hard bun. Gotta say, I'm curious how the bun was burned. I go here every once in a while, and it's always the most terrible KFC In the are. Please train your employees better. It's ridiculous to pay the prices KFC charges charges, and get amongst the worst food I've ever had in fast food. Congrats guys, you suck at your jobs. Please avoid this location, it's not worth the money or the hassle.

By far the worst KFC I have encountered. Employees are rude and ignore you. The wait times are insane and I have even bren told they are done serving chicken for the night (at 6 pm) by employees. The location is visibly filthy and the floors stick to your shoes as you walk across the tiles, you are supposed to use cleaner guy, not just hot water!The only positive I can give this location is the fact that I did not get food poisoning from them, even when my order was wrong.

When I entered the restaurant there was a boy waiting for his order, he already looked upset! No one came to me to take my order. I waited for several minutes I had to call the staff and ask them when I planned to take my order? and the answer was I thought you were here to pick up an order. In the end I placed my order and they gave me the wrong one. I ordered Krispy Chicken and they gave me regular. I did not regulate myself and I went to sit down and I could notice that two people entered the premises and also gave the order wrong.

Noticed how the owner of this restaurant doesn’t respond to any of the reviews because at the end of the day you only see them when it’s time to get paid, can’t blame the workers because their bad customer service habits are what they were trained to do , like not getting orders right read the damn order and put the items in bag not whatever you feel like doing. See photos in this and you’ll know what I mean

I ordered through the app at 4pm with a pick up request of 5pm. I arrived at 5 and my order was not ready for pick up.The person at the counter informed me that they were out of original recipe chicken and had no breasts or wings left to offer.I asked 2 employees why I wasn’t informed, given they had a hour lead time. Neither employee had an answer. I asked how this can be remedied and again no one could answer. The employees were not rude, but very indifferent. They were not able to help or show concern. They were just scrambling to fulfill other orders.After asking ( I wasn’t offered) if I can take just legs and thighs they proceeded with the order. At 5:15 my order was finally ready. I asked the counter person if they were sure everything was in the bag. He assured me the order was all set.Upon opening and emptying the bag at a picnic table in a park, there were no plates, napkins or utensils as requested. Further more the order of tenders were over cooked and dry. I was also missing 2 coleslaws.This was an $80.00 order that was a complete disaster. I feel some kind of compensation should have been offered from the store. I will be deleting the KFC app and not ordering in the future.
