The vegetable, tofu, and even the “vegan chicken” dishes are NOT VEGAN! I went there yesterday, February 2025 and when I asked if any of the sauces have oyster sauce, she said “yes they all do.” I said “ so none of the veg or vegan dishes are actually vegan?” She said, “oyster sauce is not vegan.?!”

I called to order dinner and for some reason the chef answered the phone (he sounds Spanish but speaks good English). I asked if the combo meal included an eggroll and he said “somebody take this phone, this idiot doesn’t know what he’s ordering”. I was in disbelief. A lady came on the phone and apologized saying that was the chef. Absolutely never mind. If that’s the kind of person you have cooking your food, I don’t want it. Disgusting treatment.

I ordered delivery, I had missing items, I took one bite of the food and it tasted old. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude about her mistake. She argued that she hadn't made a mistake and when I tried getting a refund and returning the food, she told me "that wasn't allowed!" I'm extremely disappointed in their horrible customer service skills. The delivery driver is the only polite and good thing this restaurant has.

Displace is something out of a horror movie the floors are dirty there’s people touching your food with no gloves, coming in and out touching everything around the whole place delivery guy come straight from delivering into the kitchen touching your chicken wings without cleaning his hands if you don’t believe this, you need to go in there I guarantee you won’t order from this place. I’ll rather eat a burger inside a bathroom and McDonald’s that eat in this place.

I ordered the C. 26 general tsos chicken add boneless spares and golden fingers an egg roll and a coca-cola beverage. I requested extra duck sauce and soy sauce. I only recieved 1 duck sauce and 1 soy sauce and my beverage was above room temperature
Some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. I will never order from here again I was just looking for a good place in Worcester and this isn’t

This place is in my regular rotation. They have a vegan menu and are willing to make other dishes vegan. I get the sesame tofu and general saos tofu, both come with white rice. I can get 3 meals out of each container. They know what’s vegan and are very nice. Not a sit down place.
