I ordered delivery, I had missing items, I took one bite of the food and it tasted old. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude about her mistake. She argued that she hadn't made a mistake and when I tried getting a refund and returning the food, she told me "that wasn't allowed!" I'm extremely disappointed in their horrible customer service skills. The delivery driver is the only polite and good thing this restaurant has.

Displace is something out of a horror movie the floors are dirty there’s people touching your food with no gloves, coming in and out touching everything around the whole place delivery guy come straight from delivering into the kitchen touching your chicken wings without cleaning his hands if you don’t believe this, you need to go in there I guarantee you won’t order from this place. I’ll rather eat a burger inside a bathroom and McDonald’s that eat in this place.

I recently started ordering delivery frequently from this estashblishment when i learned they deliver to my location... Tonight was the first i time i was kinda disappointed. I ordered the C. 26 general tsos chicken add boneless spares and golden fingers an egg roll and a coca-cola beverage. I requested extra duck sauce and soy sauce. I only recieved 1 duck sauce and 1 soy sauce and my beverage was above room temperature

I read some really awful reviews and we were nervous to try it. But it's better than you think! The rice was a little dry but it wasn't the end of the world. This is a safe choice for Chinese-American food, and the egg roll was HUGE!

I don’t recommend this place at all they be having you wait over two hours for your food when you order it for delivery and then when you call them they say that you never placed you order and they be hella rude over the phone too when you’re just trying to figure out what happened they dead be arguing with you. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Ordered a variety of things for different members of my family. My dumplings were greasy, my mom's chicken chop Suey was especially bland, but the chicken and fried rice was inedible. My husband doesn't like a lot of Chinese food and he often orders wings or fried chicken when we order Chinese. Every piece of chicken was burned or over done and dry as a bone. The fried rice was an awful texture coated in soy sauce with virtually no vegetables or pieces of meat in it. To top it off, when all is said and done with delivery fees, taxes, and a tip for our delivery driver, I paid $70 for this awful meal that wasn't worth $15. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone

This was actually the worst food I've ever digested in my life and I eat at a college cafeteria everyday. I would rather eat my roommates old McDonalds instead of king chef. The food is just incredibly low quality and I would strongly recommend to not eat there.

Whoever they had taking orders was so rude and then told me I had attitude when all I did was correct her when she was doing my order. Idk why but she was reading back the wrong thing. And still delivered the wrong things.
