0 stars for customer service. The man who answered the phone and gave me my order inside the restaurant was very rude for no reason although I was very polite on the phone.

The service was great, but the atmosphere was a little too dark. I cam at 4pm ish, where there was still sun light but it was a little too dark inside. I really wanna have tempura udon. As an Asian my self and love Japanese food, the tempura udon that I had, not even close to the Japanese udon that I used to have in a real Japanese restaurant. The broth was not even an udon broth. ?? but I like the tempura ?

Brought my family for a birthday dinner. No milk, apple juice was expired. So if your child doesn’t drink soda, you’re out of luck. Sat and ate apps, had three people seated at our table right when we were finishing our apps. Were made to wait for them to finish their before chef came out, even though the place was dead. So after and hour of sitting there he came. Lacked any personality. Food was horrible. Food was slimey to a disgusting degree, calamari so chewy I couldn’t eat it. Never going back.

Figured I would stop in to get hibachi to go for lunch and a drink while I wait. Sat at the bar and when the bartender asked "dining in" and I said I would like to order to go.. She sent me to the register to order then disappeared keeping busy... So much for a drink... Horrendous service and horrible at upselling. Instead of making money off me for lunch, drinks, & tips, I'll just take my quick $6 sushi and go.I guess I can thank her for saving me the $30-$40 that I was going to spend.Mimi at the register was really nice. The bartender could learn from her.

Sushi was spectacular! So much flavor and it's so unique! It's unlike any sushi I've had before! The music and lighting are that of a fancy 5 ⭐ restaurant, but the prices are well below that and far above normal sushi in the area! Only thing is the bathrooms could use a regular scrubbing and one of the chairs were broken. But everything else was amazing!

I ordered Kyoto’s food on DoorDash just now and it was SO BADItems were bland, salty, overcooked, and straight up lazyThey’re this cheap for a reason. I hate ragging on restaurants like this but this was exceptionally terrible. Stay away. I hope I don’t get sick. For details if you’re interestedThe rice was overcooked to a mush and was so bland. The miso soup was beyond salty. The spicy mayo had no flavor, they didn’t send my food with soy sauce so it’s not like I could have fixed it lolEverything was room temp so not sure what’s up with thatThere was also a weird juice in the cucumber salad that wigged me out. This sucked.
