Would rate hire but literally no menu to be found anywhere on line. Would be nice to have one but that's too much work I guess. Food is good. Most workers super friendly minus a select few who are just downright unpleasant

Ya so I've only been here once but this place was pretty phenomenal. I can't believe it doesn't have more reviews. The line was almost out the door when we got there. I didn't even have the car parked yet and I was already seeing signs that this place was good. Despite the long line they must have been cranking through orders pretty fast because we got to the front of the line faster than expected. I just stood there with my maw gaping open like an idiot because I didn't know what to order, there were just so many options! I finally decided that if I couldn't decide on any one thing, then I wanted all the things (this is reasonable to me as an American). I asked for one of everything from a display case and they loaded up a box with what must have been about 15 different munchy crunchy treats. I honestly can't remember how much it was, but it was pretty reasonable, only like $12 or $14, something like that. I tried looking at my bank statements to double check but couldn't find it on there. That probably means I made my girlfriend pay for it because I'm an upstanding 21st century gentleman that believes in equality. Anywho the treats were the bomb.com and I'll probably be back if I'm ever in the Worcester area again.

These place used to be great.. After the new management its sucks little to choose from no fritters and the costumers service is depressing .. Go to the Reina in Fitchburg that's 5 star food and costumer service all the way around.
