Put simply, the best breakfast I've had in a long time.
This establishment is widely regarded as one of the finest breakfast venues within the city limits. The culinary offerings are meticulously prepared and exceptionally palatable. Additionally, a luncheon menu is available for those who prefer a midday repast. The serving staff is both affable and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Outdoor seating is available, and the pricing is reasonable. However, it should be noted that this establishment experiences a surge in patronage from Friday through Sunday.
The on-site parking lot is of limited capacity, necessitating street parking or utilizing the secondary parking lot located approximately 200 feet past the restaurant on the right-hand side of the building.

If you are ever in the area you definitely need to try this place! Servers were so nice! We sat outside and had the best experience. We had brunch and the menu options were so hard to choose from. If we didn't have to travel back to NY we would have taken advantage of their Bubble bucket! Omg! A bucket of mimosas? Who'd say no to that! I got the egg, bacon and mozzarella panini with fried potatoes and my wife got the eggs with hash. Absolutely mouth watering. Inside the atmosphere was so cozy! A+ service, A+ foods, A+ atmosphere!

We had a delightful brunch at Livia's this past Sunday! It was my second visit, but my boyfriend was experiencing it for the first time. Right away, he remarked, "Good choice!" Although we're not locals, we’re already looking forward to returning with friends in the near future. Our waitress, Mia, was fantastic—attentive and friendly. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Overall, a thoroughly satisfying experience!

This place has really gone downhill and it’s sad because it used to be amazing. The tomato bisque was my favorite for a long time, always perfect, but the last 4 times I’ve ordered it the recipe was very inconsistent. Tasted like it was from a different place each time, the most recent today being very salty and bitter without the usual splash of heavy cream and balsamic glaze. Their grilled chicken sandwich was incredibly dry, homefries were wet and soggy. I hate to say it but I’m sadly all set with this place unless they announce a major change in ownership or management.

Steak was overcooked and stringy, eggs were undercooked, hash was just mushy. Ants started crawling up the walls and onto the table. Couldn't dine outside because they just left half full bottles out there and attracted a swarm of wasps. Tried to reach out to them on their website but they didn't respond. 1/10 do not recommend

The food was amazing. The grilled veggie panini and salad was great. Fresh quality food. With ok service.
The deck area is a sad area to eat They have neglected the flower pots and furniture. Plus bees are flying all over the food.
All and all I would recommend but eat inside

The menu looked great, lots of selection. Hash was bland, dried, shredded corn beef. No potatoes mixed in and no flavor. The worst I've ever had. Eggs were good, and potatoes were good. Service was great. Expensive for breakfast food.
