We were charged $10 for splitting an entrée which was not split by the kitchen. All they did was give us an extra plate. At the end of the night, we Paid with a credit card and cash and gave the instructions to put the balance of the check on the card. The waitress Charged the entire balance on the Card, And broke up the bill we intended to pay with into smaller denominations. When questioned she got extremely defensive and loud would not stop repeating that it was somehow our fault claiming that we had said something that we did not. This would’ve been OK if she had just Acknowledged the mistake, but the combativeness was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Would not return.

Made plans for new years weeks ago. When i called we were told live DJ. Once we got there no DJ only a 90 year old miserable owner who refused to play anything past the year 1980. Food was cold service was okay. Had my wedding party here and my mom’s 70th last year same promise with the music and they had an old speaker in the corner of the room. Unfortunately i love the looks of the place but our meal was very overpriced and just blah. The only reason we came was for the DJ and there was none this will be my last time here.

I am a returning customer! I’ve done my bridal shower here and just had my baby shower. We were very happy with the food buffet, ambiance, price point, and planning. Maria, the manager, is easy to work with, kind and professional! I’ve done extensive research on so many restaurant venues in the Worcester area, and this place I would recommend for its excellent value. Thank you to Maria and the team for all their hard work!

I’ve been here for functions in the past and a good experience. I came for the prime rib tonight. Absolutely excellent. For $19.99! Best deal I. Town with a 5 star atmosphere at the beautiful Union Station. Plenty of places in waking distance to have great after dinner experience. Owner Gus Giodarno has been a grinder in this business for a long time and hasn’t been serving a great product forever.

It's unfortunately located in Union Station and I just don't think it gets the traffic to excel as a great restaurant. Portions were small. Charged $9 for 6 small dinner rolls... at an Italian restaurant? Once inside the restaurant, the ambience is good and very clean. Waitstaff was very attentive. Wish it was a better experience.
