Maria, the manager, is easy to work with, kind and professional! I’ve been here for functions in the past and a good experience. I came for the prime rib tonight. Absolutely excellent. For $19.99! Best deal I. Town with a 5 star atmosphere at the beautiful Union Station. Plenty of places in waking distance to have great after dinner experience. Owner Gus Giodarno has been a grinder in this business for a long time and hasn’t been serving a great product forever.

A 3 star because the food was just okay. Nothing foul tasting, but nothing near exciting. Normally I would come back to a restaurant for another try, but not interested in this one. It's unfortunately located in Union Station and I just don't think it gets the traffic to excel as a great restaurant. Portions were small. Charged $9 for 6 small dinner rolls... at an Italian restaurant? Once inside the restaurant, the ambience is good and very clean. Waitstaff was very attentive. Wish it was a better experience.

Have eaten here many times Always great food. Went sat night and we get a meal, side salad, and order of veggies. The waitress then told us we had to pay $10 for an extra plate and when we informed her we have never paid for a plate she got an attitude. It's a shame because we enjoy going there but won't be going back to pay $10 when what I ordered already came in their own dishes.

We hosted a fundraiser event at Luciano’s today, and the least I can say is that it was a great pick. The place with its interior design and decoration was outstanding, the staff were above expectations, going above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied. And the food was very tasty with generous portions. If you need to host an event or even go for a lunch or dinner, I highly recommend this place. ?

My husband and I traveled from North Carolina to surprise his mother's 85th birthday. This was one of the worst birthday dinners that I have ever witnessed. I can't put into words. (The fish, chips, and sides) that I ordered were a waste of time and money. Please do not waste your hard earned money. If I had to rate this so-called restaurant, I would rate it a -1. On a scale of 1- 10, at 10, being the best. I can't wait to get back home where I can go to a great restaurant and enjoy a great meal of fish, chips, and sides that are cooked TLC.

We wanted to show visiting relatives the best of Worcester and brought them to Union Station knowing that one of the best restaurants in the city is there too. Luciano's never disappoints and our guests were blown away. The ambiance takes you into another time when sitting down for a meal was an experience of all the senses. Our server made us feel right at home. We were never rushed. Everything from the drinks, salads, entree's, coffee and deserts were delicious and thoughtfully prepared and served. We enjoyed a great evening and the cost was beyond reasonable. We recommend that everyone enjoy Luciano's and see what dining should be.
