Ordered a custom cake for a birthday and it was so much better than I expected! A lot of care was put into the cake and it was beautiful. Thank you so much, it made the special day even better!

This is a very cute little family-owned bakery near Elm Park. The staff are always welcoming when you walk in and the bakery is always clean and well-decorated.I’m a little thrown by the inconsistency of their quality and texture. I recommend their chocolate or red velvet cupcakes, as those are more moist and come with frosting that compliments the cakes. A lot of the fruit flavored or vanilla based cupcakes and cake slices though are often dry. What I was really excited to try were their guava cake and pineapple cake slices, but both slices were pretty dry with only the frosting and fruit fillings adding any flavor and merit to the cakes. Everything is appropriately priced, but I do wish the consistency of the desserts themselves were a little better (like others who have previously reviewed have stated).Overall, I’m a little underwhelmed, but it is a nice bakery to go to pick up a couple unique/speciality flavors and support small-business.

While waiting for our table at a nearby lunch spot to be ready we exploded the area of Worcester. Lucy's cake was the perfect dessert spot to grab a small snack. We ordered the dulce de leche cheesecake slice and mini peanut butter explosion for our NYE cheat snack! My personal favorite was the dulce de leche cheesecake, the sweetness was a perfect balance with the creamy cheesecake. The mini peanut butter explosion was interesting I am happy we tried it but it was not the best. The inside of their shop was beyond adorable and cute they even had a flower wall for photos. Next time I am in the area I would love to try more of their menu!

Good flavor but very hard and cold. When you buy a cake from a bakery you would like to get something fresh i get a guava cake very disappointed ask for a exchange they did for a carrots cake that the same very hard and cold, I came because was well recommend but very disappointed ☹️ never again, for a cold cake go to supermarket and cheap!

We tried the pumpkin and vanilla cupcakes. Cupcakes are not good tastewise. Frosting is dry. Cake is dry and tastes old from being in the refrigerated case too long. That being said the cakes and cookies all appear nicely decorated and present well. The taste just doesn't match the aesthetic. They have festive pumpkin shaped sugar cookies. We didn't try those but they looked beautiful. Counter persons are very friendly and welcoming.

Stopped in yesterday to pick up a dozen cupcakes to bring to a party. What an embarrassment. Only 2 of the cupcakes were edible. The rest were dry and tasted like mildew or mold.

My daughter just wanted to see inside the selections. We ended up leaving with a carrot cake. Went back and ordered a slice of each flavored cheese cake and lemon cake. everything was so good.

The Oreo cupcake & the strawberry shortcake cupcake was delicious! Their dulce de leche cheesecake was a little bit dry.

Bought a two layer cake with one layer of dulce de leche and the other of coconut for my daughter’s birthday. So yummy and beautifully decorated. Lucy’s cakes will be my new go to!
