Extremely nasty place. No cleanliness at all. The area where the drinks are kept is a complete mess, and they don’t even have lids for the cups. There are about 20 people working there, and yet no one can help customers with wait times of 20 minutes.

This is not the first time I had a very bad experience but it was the last time because as long as this person named Reynaldo, who is the worst, is there, I will never go back to receive his intolerant and unpleasant bad service. This guy has a robust body and long hair, I don't know how he works in customer service. The last thing that happened was he left me waiting for 15 minutes and sent the other people ahead of me while I arrived first and the others arrived later. This person does this on purpose to get attention but the worst thing is that he can cause a disaster since not everyone will have the education to just report it and I'm sure that at any moment another person without patience will be provoked by this abuser. In the end, I feel sorry for him because for someone current like him, he must be very unhappy in this life. I hope this abuser is removed as soon as possible for the well-being of that branch on Main St in Worcester, Mass. It should be noted that in the end they never delivered what I ordered and I had to ask for a refund while this person was mocking. You have to be careful with him because he is there provoking the customers. That happened on September 25/2025 between 7 and 8 at night.

This McDonald's on Main Street in Worcester Massachusetts SUPER SUCKS because when I go there to order food they ignore me like I don't exist. They do that to everyone that goes in there, THEY'LL pass right by you.You can say excuse me I need help and they will ignore you like you're nothing. The people that goes to this McDonald's knows exactly what I'm talking about. I hate this place because they do not acknowledge the customers that are walking in, Some have attitudes. I understand that it can get busy but they have to acknowledge the people walking in to buy food they cannot ignore us like they always have done, that needs to change because it sucks how McDonald workers treat customers in there. I give this McDonald's on Main Street in Worcester Massachusetts two thumbs down and two toes down

The food tasted weird, idk if this is the right place I went to but the play place is DIRTY! absolutely disgusting and there’s visible dirt, after I ate the food I probably had FOOD POISONING!
