They literally cooked flies into the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting and raises major sanitation concerns. I come to this location very frequently and I’m appalled. Clearly the flies were cooked so they had been there for a long time. Huge health hazard and extremely disgusted.

Regrettable. I was really, really hungry. I wont eat there again. They keep ketchup only behind the counters now. The fountain drinks tasted like frozen syrup. Yuck! I had to dump the entire drink. So grossed out!!! I had to inspect the food. My bread was mushed. If your going to insist on being able to work here do your job right.

Tried to order through drive through. They pulled 10 cars from one side with out even acknowledging me. Went to Burger King instead spent less time in there drive thru and I got service and food.

I went to the drive thru with my friend to get mobile orders for the both of us, not only when we were trying to figure out our orders the person at the speaker rudely said “can you speak up?!” We finished our order and moved on, when we got to the second window the First Lady was amazing, had to get someone to help out which is totally fine, the manager (and older woman who seemed lost and rude to her worker) that came to help however was also incredibly rude, I was handed my drink and my friends food. I showed my phone to the manager for about five seconds, after returning my phone to the car I tell her what I ordered. She states “you’re moving too fast, I just need the code” after saying the code and showing it to her again, she asks rudely “what was it for?” Im confused at this point because i gave her all the information she needed but apparently it wasn’t enough. I repeated my order one last time. I’m a driver for grubhub and a constant customer here so to get this level of service is absolutely unacceptable, especially to one of your regulars.
They should put employees who speak and understand english taking the orders in the drive-through. The girl had no clue what I asked for and just decided to put something up on the board, and then didn't understand I wanted her to take that off the board. I just drove off. Nobody got time for that.
