Service was slow, and our order was slightly incorrect. But the worst issue was cleanliness. Almost all tables were dirty. The playground was especially concerning, it was filthy and freezing cold because the heat was off. Major hygiene issues need to be fixed.

I Almost alve to wait for my order to come out. It is the slowest McDonald’s in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. even as I typed this, there are seven vehicles waiting.

worst location in the city. waited 45 min just to be told they closed. instead of posting a sign up or sending an employee out to notify the massive line of cars they let us all wait for nearly an hour. could have gone elsewhere to find dinner if I knew now I got nothing

Terrible service. I waited for them to notice that I was waiting there to place an order for about 12 minutes, and the attendants were completely uneducated. Regrettable.

One of the longest wait times for a fast food restaurant. If you go inside it's easily 10mim wait... that's being next in line as well. When I did get my son's food he ate his food and when I looked back at the counter the people who was behind me was still waiting to make there order. The drive through must be the only thing they are timed for because the line moved much faster. Best part is they let the local pan handlers just relax and charge there phones as the run around high off of god knows what. The playground is dark and dirty. Highly recommend Chick-fil-A only 5 mins away, clean, has playground and no junkies.

I’d give negative stars if I could. Placed an order on the app tonight, waited for an eternity at the drive thru only to be told they couldn’t fill my order because the ice cream machine was broken. Not really sure why that stopped them from giving us the fries we ordered. But whatever. And then we were told that we couldn’t get a refund from them. When I asked questions, the cashier said she didn’t know English and then just left the drive thru area. The app clearly states that it’s the restaurant who issues a refund for an order that’s not filled. So, I was basically scammed out of money and not given any opportunity for recourse. Considering this is not my first negative experience with that location, I will never go to this McDonald’s again for any reason.
