After waiting in the drive-thru I decided to go in and get my food, waited with about 4 other people just to place my order, no one out of the employees that where there didn't bother to help us all they did was go back and forth not one of them came to see if we was also

One of the longest wait times for a fast food restaurant. If you go inside it's easily 10mim wait... that's being next in line as well. When I did get my son's food he ate his food and when I looked back at the counter the people who was behind me was still waiting to make there order. The drive through must be the only thing they are timed for because the line moved much faster. Best part is they let the local pan handlers just relax and charge there phones as the run around high off of god knows what. The playground is dark and dirty. Highly recommend Chick-fil-A only 5 mins away, clean, has playground and no junkies.

I’d give negative stars if I could. Placed an order on the app tonight, waited for an eternity at the drive thru only to be told they couldn’t fill my order because the ice cream machine was broken. Not really sure why that stopped them from giving us the fries we ordered. But whatever. And then we were told that we couldn’t get a refund from them. When I asked questions, the cashier said she didn’t know English and then just left the drive thru area. The app clearly states that it’s the restaurant who issues a refund for an order that’s not filled. So, I was basically scammed out of money and not given any opportunity for recourse. Considering this is not my first negative experience with that location, I will never go to this McDonald’s again for any reason.

Stopped to hit the bathroom and grab something to eat… after walking in the bathrooms we just left asap.
I ordered a simple 2 Mc chicken & Fries and they gave me 2 Mc chicken with no mayo or lettuce.We just want our food correctly.

I don't kno why I keep coming back to this McDonald's. They are horrible in all aspects as a restaurant. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on biscuit at 6:30am. Should be fresh. NOT! BREAD HARD AS A ROCK! When I return it the girl is going to act like I did something wrong. As expensive as food is this is unexceptable.

There was at least 9 flies flying around the kitchen and dining hall, theres a play area which i remember being fun but now just means you always hear kids screaming, and it was super slow getting the food when there were maybe 5 orders ahead of me. Only gave them 3 stars for the food because its mcdonald's and you cant really mess it up by design?

Quick service, moved through the drive through quickly, and glad I didn't need to pull forward to one of the drive up spaces. Fries were very hot, and I appreciate that when doing a night drive.
