Worst part: The McDonald's app has no way to contact customer service, so customers need to return to the location they ordered their food from and speak with someone. I won't be able to do that for this because I ordered it at 12 am, picked up after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru and only saw it once I got home. Terrible customer service, McDonald's!

We gotten a couple of doordashes here and they won't let anyone in the store to pick the doordash and won't let dashers pick up through the drive thru so they make it a constant loop cause they won't unlock the lobby. Freezing whole waiting to be let in and a lady is ignoring all the people she sees waiting at the door so we can wipe down tables. Wiping tables are important however it shouldn't be at the top of the priority list over customers and food.

Ordered using the app, and waited over 20 mins. Understandable for lunch rush, but when we finally got part of our order we were missing 1 out of 3 meals. When we told the staff they didn't seem to understand even when we showed the order on the app. Fortunately the manager was able to help, but that was an additional 10 minutes of waiting.

Every time I go here my order is incorrectly and inaccurately made. I went last week for the first time and ordered a 6 piece and got a 4 piece. I came back with my wife and showed my receipt and got a fresh 6 piece on top of my wife’s burger with only cheese, ketchup and mustard on the way to the hospital. It had onions on it and my wife is allergic. After the hospital we went back to get the right burger and I complained and requested a gift certificate and was handed another burger for my wife and received a coupon for a free small fry… on the way home my wife opened the burger to find extra onions and pickles with no ketchup, mustard or cheese. I was infuriated… I went back from work the next day and told the manager about my 4 trips to that McDonald’s for their four mistakes. She gave me any meal I wanted on the house. I accepted this as a sufficient apology… today I decided to download the mobile app thinking it would be easier for my orders to be written instead of trying to ask someone for a sauce that doesn’t know how to speak English and receive a handful of salt… my burger was correct but I still got a 4 piece when I ordered 6 and payed for 6 in the mobile app… this place is literally an embarrassment to all McDonald’s’.

I live on shrewsbury st. It’s a 5 minute walk to this McDonald’s or 1 minute drive… it’s literally faster for me to drive to the Lincoln st McDonald’s instead and get my food in less time. They’ll make you wait 20 minutes in line then when you get to the front they’ll have you park for another 10 minutes for just 2 mcchickens.
