This is by far the worst McDonald's in this area. I don't think they've ever gotten an order right.
Waited 20 min for a mobile order tonight. Two pies and a sundae. Finally went up to the drive-thru. Sorry, we don't have the holiday pies on your order.
I'm done. I get gas all the time at the Sunoco across the street. Then I drive to the Grafton St McDonald's to get food.
I don't know what management does differently there but the place is a disaster.
So I get McDonalds drive through today. They ask me to park, I understand why they want to as they are measured by ownership to be as speedy as possible and are timed on the checkouts at the drive-thru. But then the employees have to walk through the pooring rain asking cars randomly if this is their order (5 cars parked). I'm not mad that they screwed up my order at all. Seems to love serving out of date food !!!!! As well as food that should have been pulled over 2 hours ago. Oh and they argued with me that there was no buy one get one for $1 Big Mac....which was on their menu board! Will NEVER go to this location again. I’d rather drive to Grafton Street location!!!
