This by far is the worst McDonald’s in the city. Every single time I have ordered in the drive-through the order is wrong and missing items. And the wait is absolutely ridiculous. Last time 22 mins to even get to take my order. Other than a quick need for a meal late in the day for my children, I’ve avoided this heap at all costs.

The people were nice, not busy. The food was lukewarm and the soda was not good. My spite had no flavor just soda water, and my Grandson soda tasted a little off, but it was clean and friendly

The auburn mcdonalds is one of the best mcdonalds around. Never had an issue there and usually fast service. The new app and ordering system sucks at all mcdonalds and food is still overpriced.

Avoid this McDonald's!! The space around the self-serve kiosks smelled strongly of wet dog. The heat was not on and it was freezing in the eating area. Food took forever to come out to my boyfriend and I, and when it did, the tops of my fries were cold because the restaurant was so cold. My slushie was also partially melted. Boyfriend ordered a Big Mac that was swimming in sauce. There was a group of homeless men that seemed to be just hanging around. Normally, I wouldn't care about this, but I witnessed one of the men reach into the trash up to his armpit, pull out a cup, and fill it at the soda fountain. There was a staff member who watched this happen and said nothing, so I can only assume this is a normal occurrence. Boyfriend said the bathroom was disgusting. People were looking at us like we were crazy to be eating in and it makes sense why the drive up line was so long, yet no one was inside.

My order was wrong again, if I go there five times in two weeks three out of the five times the food is wrong coming back to me. It's small things like they forget to fry. I ordered a Chicken big Mac meal and they gave me a regular big Mac (beef). I wish they would get their stuff together.
