The staff / manager purposely altered my sandwich. Might as well have spit in it. It happened before about a month ago and I didn’t realize until the next day. I took it in to show the manager and she refunded my money. It was a Big Mac with no beef patty’s . I said I thought it might have been an automated error or an over worked late night employee didn’t realize. I thought she would address it but here we are. I pull up to the drive through window and payed for one Big Mac sandwich. The man appeared to be a manager. He gave me my change and disappeared out of sight. Came back and handed me the bag and it seemed light so I opened the container and low and behold no beef patty’s . I was infuriated I threw the sandwich in the window and asked for my money back. The employee gave me the bills and receipt and then threw the change in my face. I got home and emailed corporate. They should fire the cook and the manager for not managing. If you are going to get food here on late nights check your food before eating. The morning shift who I used to deal with on occasion for breakfast are very friendly and the orders are perfect. I will miss them.
I ordered a single cheeseburger on the mobile app, I head inside to pick it and try to tell an employee my order number and I got ignored. Then a few people came in behind me that spoke Spanish and she immediately acknowledged them and handed them their food immediately. I had to ask 2 more times before they acknowledged me, once they finally did she picked up a burger that was sitting there thr whole time I was in there, about 15 mins. Very unprofessional

It is 10:30 pm on July 28,2023. The girl in purple shirt,short in height withbrown hair just took my order. I had a reward for a free large drive with a purchase. She gave me a medium after me waiting for over 5 minutes. So immediately I thought they were just making new ones. The ones I got were cold and soggy and when I corrected her letting her know it was super large fry she gave me her back and then turned around with the worst attitude and facial expression told me no it’s a medium and walked away I even had the reward in front of me that it’s for a large. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment or talking to.

Avoid. 35 minutes for an online curbside pick up to get cold food and an incorrect order. Just pick somewhere else. Numerous orders were fulfilled for cars that went through the drive through 20+ minutes into waiting for a pickup. Bad experience and money not well spent. 🙄

What's the WORST thing that can happen with drive through? You ordered food, you picked up and brought home, you opened the brown bag with expectations, and you found something is missing! I've only been to this store twice, two out of two time, some items are missing in my order. First time it was a expensive deluxe McCrispy. Second time I ordered 10pc nugget + $5 meal that comes with 4pc nugget, but I only get the 10pc in total. Good Job the store manager to do cost saving!

So to be honest the night shift workers seem to be nice. But the morning shift manager at 5:20 a.m. on 10/26/24 was extremely rude to me. To start off she took about 5 minutes to say something at the intercom ordering speaker. So I asked multiple times hello is anyone there and finally she responded saying YUP what do you want. Then didn't bother to tell me my total and didn't tell me to drive up to which window. Then came to the window and kept making rude noises at me and handed me my food all aggressive. She clearly dose not like her job and she should be fired immediately.

Hard to get in and out. Mass. Mcdonalds charge a dollar more for the 5$ Mcdouble value meal than the rest of the country. Long wait.

Food is decent here, service is very poor. They won't give a sauce packet for a sandwich ordered plain without charging extra. I don't want mayo on my McChicken, I really shouldn't have to pay extra to get a pack of honey mustard instead. What happened to one sauce per item? Won't be going to team gomez McDonald's, as this is not a one off thing but just how little they value a 5x a week customer.

Just went to mcdonalds at 3pm. Not busy at this time, ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal. Live 3 minutes away and went to eagerly eat my fries after being at work since 5am. Fries were cold and stale inedible and the quarter pounder wa a hokey puck!!! Do better staff!!!
