Service was horrible. The place was only a one third full so don’t know why it took so long to order and get our food. The waiter ignored us when we wanted more drinks. Food was mediocre. Music was way too loud.

Mexicali Cantina Grill on Shrewsbury St. Worcester is an enjoyable experience! I have gone here a few times and lady evening was the best.
A rare commodity in this area to have off street free parking for starters. The architecture of the building is truly lovely where one can see with the entrance, lofty ceilings, glass work that this was a restored gem. Wait staff, bartenders, prices, quality of everything, wait time and overran experience was 4 high stars. I had the skirt steak and will get it again.
Head to Mexacli Worcester for a good evening out!

Pros: fast service, clean booths, nice music, good salsa. Cons: overpriced drinks, Carnitas tastes like canned chicken. Barbacoa is a joke.
2 stars because the waitress was nice and the food came out fast(it was dead inside so maybe it slows down during dinner time) Hostess seemed a little stressed lol

Andreas is The best! Very attentive and genuine. This is the second visit, and our new spot.
I had the seafood soup and my friend had the chicken tortilla soup, and they were both really tasty. We waited a little longer to be served, but the waitress was super nice once she came. She wasn’t too attentive after that, but it was still fine. The place is clean, has a good vibe, and a good musica I’d recommend it.

We visited this restaurant and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The waitress showed little willingness to serve us: she did not speak English, did not understand Portuguese, and even when we tried to communicate in Spanish, she seemed to make a point of not understanding. I ordered a margarita with salt on the rim, but it came without. To “fix” it, she brought another glass, poured the drink at the table, and placed an orange slice in my glass with her bare hand.
Our appetizer arrived incomplete, missing the tacos, and when we pointed it out, the waitress insisted they were already there. To make matters worse, she added a 20% tip directly to the bill without informing us and simply threw the check on the table.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience due to the poor service, lack of care, and questionable hygiene. Definitely I won’t comeback and don’t recommended.
