Today for breakfast, was my first time visiting. It is a very beautiful space. It was incredible watching the owner cook, Kim, on the grill however, immediately we step foot into the diner, The waitresses (lady with tattoo on her neck and nose piercing ) and the other waitress barely acknowledged our presence. They told us to sit anywhere without even looking at us. So we were off to a rude start.
I Was trying to think of what to order and the waitress was so impatient which felt like I was wasting their time because I could not come up with an order in the moment. The waitresses were not attentive (to us or other customers) instead they were on their phone. I watched a conversation with the owner and a table filled with customers waiting to place an order. The owner had to ask them if they were ready to order and had to inform the waitresses that they are. Which isn’t her job- it’s to cook and smile to others.
There was not much welcoming energy from the waitresses or the staff however, you could see the owner making incredible dishes. We Said goodbye and yet was barely acknowledged. I’ve gone to several diners and one thing that makes a diner memorable is how people are treated. I will come back cause of her dishes but That was the worst service I’ve ever had .
They definitely need better training.

This is a gem of a spot! I came hungry and with a friend, and was able to try the fish (haddock, which was not soggy or greasy) and chips (these were my only food criticism; they very much felt like the chubby crinkle kind you get in the freezer section and expect to air fry and taste good), the turkey chili (the best I've ever had in almost half a century!), onion rings (what an onion ring should taste like!), and a small portion of French toast. You have to make room to try the French toast when you go because that's what they're famous for, and for good reason. The waitresses are lovely, and the cook (Kim, I think?) worked with incredible speed and accuracy. She somehow even managed to pleasantly converse with some folks and not lose track of the orders. The only bummer was the parking, which was likely made worse by The Great Snowmageddon of '26. If you're in the area, you must try this place. If you're not, you should make the trip. I sincerely doubt you'll be disappointed, unless you don't like a good nostalgic diner meal, in an actual chrome lined diner.

The diner is small and cozy and the staff works with a smooth rhythm, exceeding to serve with excellence. They give each customer undivided attention which can be rear. You may need to stand in line outside while waiting for a seat, but is is well worth the wait.

I’ve been meaning to visit Miss Worcester for years and I’m so glad I finally did. It has a fast paced, unique dining atmosphere with stickers covering the windows and walls. The food was amazing—highly recommend the crunchy French toast and corned beef hash. That was the best French toast I’ve ever had!

This was my first time here and I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff was! They were about to close but they still let my girlfriend and I in because they found out we drove more than an hour to come try their food. The food was amazing, portion was great and the chef on the grill even gave me some free potatoes on the side just because he wanted to be nice. Our server was also great, whoever the blonde lady was (she was pregnant, sorry never caught your name) you were amazing, so kind and patient! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Really enjoyed this authentic diner. The food was tasty, portions were generous, and it had that classic diner feel. Service was friendly and fast. A solid spot—just a couple small things kept it from 5 stars.

I ordered the crunchy French toast, an order of hash browns, an order of corned beef hash, and an iced coffee. The service was immediate and the food was impeccable. I also saw her make a Big Mac omelette and I have to come back to try it. AMAZING!

Wow I really love this place! My boyfriend and I were passing through from New York City and looking for a solid diner- I’m so glad we found it! Sweet staff and amazing service. Seth works so hard to deliver delicious foods. The French toast was to die for and the food items are huge portions for a very reasonable price. We really hope to find ourselves here again. Thank You, Miss Worcester!

Any time you arrive on a weekday at 10am and there is a line of people outside waiting for a seat, you know you’ve found a special place. We found it a few years ago and continue to return, from over an hour away, to get breakfast every now and again. A great place to eat.
