Had a piece of hair in my Korean corn dog. Very disappointed after my kid and Ive been looking everywhere for one. The staff was extremely rude and from what I see, were talking more than working! Awful experience.

The worker told us they werent making any new donuts 2 hours before closing but told the previous customer that they would make her more for her, but declined mine? After waiting a long amount of time at the pick up area for my bingsu bowls, the worker started talking about my appearance while laughing and staring at me. Requested a refund and they pretended to give me one! enjoy at your own risk :).

Older lady is so rude. I was asking questions about the toppings because i couldnt really see the screen well, and she rudely interupted me asking the question and said “look at the screen we have the toppings there!” Like uhm excuse me have some freaking better customer service for people spending money here 30$ for 4 corn dogs at that. Wont be getting my business again unless my kids are absolutely begging to come back .

I ordered at the kiosk because the card reader was down. I got 2 doughnuts, after waiting for 15 minutes they told me they only had 1 of the doughnuts I had ordered. They were very kind but after waiting almost 20 minutes for a couple doughnuts I was frustrated. I wish I had ordered delivery or something because I wasted alot of my time to drive there and then wait that long.

I really love this restaurant, you can eat Korean corn dogs are amazing is recommend the half and half mozzarella with hotdogs the potatoes, and the drink is amazing the Oreo cooking cream.

The donuts are heavy, not what a true mochinut donut represents. The blueberry one is good, the smoresctaste like store bought frosting.. We got there at 7pm on monday for dinner, no Korean dogs, nothing except the donuts, so super disappointed. They should already have the hot dogs, and ingredients to be able to make the batter if they are fresh. How they didn't have enough is beyond me.. I don't recommend this place unless your close by and want to chance it.

Service was excellent. The employee that took our order was friendly and honest about the flavors of the rice/corn dogs and mochi donuts. Left feeling satisfied and had a good experience.
I dont know what happened but there is new staff and they have no idea what they are doing. I asked for a brown sugar bubble tea latte and got a $8 glass of milk with boba on the bottom. I got 2 of them so for $17 I got 2 glasses of milk. I could have 4 gallons of milk for that. Have they lost their minds? I hate writing negative reviews because I don't want to hurt a small business so please turn this into a positive and fix the problem before its to late.
