I have driven by the Worcester location once a week for several years. Either due to time restrictions or just forgetting about it I never made it in to try it out. This past week I had the time and my brain actually remembered that my stomach has been meaning to go there. I ordered a custom made burrito online, which was super easy, and paid for it. Once I arrived there was plenty of parking and my burrito was ready to go. I decided to just eat in the parking lot since I had a few minutes extra before going to my next stop. First thing I noticed was the size. This burrito was loaded and almost matched the size of my head. Impressive. The order was correct and the flavor was really good. The free chips and salsa was a nice touch. My recommendation is to get in and try it out for yourself. My experience was five stars and will definitely lead to me to stopping in more often.

I ordered 5 meals...everything was OK except one that had nothing on it that was ordered except the rice and the beans with lettuce. It was disappointing because having to make the drive back and forth again is alot when you have hungry kids.

My family and I go to moes and Chipotle pretty often. Idk what's the deal with this location, but I was met with attitude when asking for extra rice and other free toppings. Then, when I asked for 2 extra tortillas, they added 2 queso cups to my order and charged $3/ tortilla. I won't go back to this loaction.

For the most part it's a good experience. Good quality and the regular staff provide amazing service. Every once in a while we get a sub-par staff member lacking on the service side. Generally get a regular staffer who makes the trip worthwhile. Of all the Moe's in the area it is definitely the best (kids want the "good Moe's" when it's an option). We have started making the longer drive even though there are 2 closer ones. Started to avoid all the others altogether and either only use this one or hit a competitor instead. Always clean and generally fresh good and good quality. Fast and friendly service. Regular staff provide great service overall.

The food is good if you like fast southwest food. It is a little limited due to my diet restrictions but I still came away satisfied. Depending on who serves you you may get a little more or less. Since my selections are limited the 2nd person in the serving line was gracious enough to add another spoonful of guacamole because the 1st wasn't so generous and my plate was a little sparse. I really appreciated that!
