Ordered via Uber Eats. I am warning you now that the entrees DO NOT automatically come with rice. My General Chows Chicken came by itself with no rice unlike every other chinese restaurant. It was also pink and undercooked on the inside. The crab rangoon was bland, had no crab, and no dipping sauce. Complete waste of money and the wait to receive it.

Place an order on New Year Eve at 2pm was told to pick up at 6:30pm had to wait 45 mins. Yes I know it was NYE but they were the ones who said to come at 6:30. Then the food was cold, greasy, and small $60 for PU PU PLATTER for 2. never going back

Christmas Day 2024 at Nancy Changs buffet was wonderful!!! Every dish was hot and fresh and delicious!!! Christmas 2025, NOT SO! Some of the dishes that we were used to were not in the buffet. Mediocre at best this Christmas, only a few dishes were hot, temperature wise, might have to think alternatives,Panda Express for Christmas this year!!!

Usually love this place. I plated myself some food noticed this extra crispy noodle, moved it to the side, continued to eat. I picked it up with my hand noticed it was metal got a magnet to verify, and now I am completely disgusted. Food businesses need to do better… be better. This sucks because my once safe food definitely wasn’t safe. And will never be the same…. Thankfully my kids didn’t consume and it was me but this is a big disappointment.

I have been going to Nancy Changs for decades and have always been pleased which kept my family and myself going back. However this Christmas Eve 12/2025 very disappointed for take out. Spending $130.00 the food was ice cold. Portions were half the size lack of taste. Probably will not return and go to Jasmines in Auburn makes me upset. They had such a great reputation. Yes costs are rising but portions should not.

Service was a bit slow to wait on us but the food and dining area were good. Lots of great options to share amongst the table. Will be back soon.
Just killed 10+ flies on our food before leavingl. Flies everywhere! Don't recommend eating here serious bug issue, feel nasty having ate what we did before convincing ourselves it was enough of a problem to leave. If you are wondering yes they still charged us for the meal that we ate maybe 20% of gave us a gift card for far less than the cost of the food we applied it to the bill, will not return.

I live in Albany NY and visit Worcester a couple times a year when visiting a friend. We make it a point to come to Nancy Chang's because it is so good. I just want to start by saying the last time I was there was in August and we had a server by the name of Ally who was an absolute delight! When We came in just last week and she remembered us it blew me out of the water! I was so happy to have her again she was patient with us as we were catching up and very attentive. She is a good egg !!! The food, as always, was delicious. It was my first time having the sesame cold noodles - so good we took another order to go! Lastly, the Mai Tai's are to die for. The ice makes the drink. DO NOT EVER CHANGE THE ICE <3
