Food has made me sick three times now on different orders. Hit or a miss with them. Was a fair regular but I won’t be returning for a while, if at all…

Just really great food, lots of choices, abundant portions, friendly service. Take away or eat there (no table service, but they will bring your order to your table). We had a couple of their sandwiches, beer batter fries and onion rings, coleslaw — all super good. Have to come back to have their seafood platter and clam chowder.

My husband and I were looking for a place to have lunch. We are visiting Worcester from Texas.
The menu was amazing..something for every one.
I had the Super Roast Beef on onion roll and it was fantastic! The quality of the meat was exceptional.
The staff were friendly and helpful. This place was hopping and I can see why. They just do food really well. I wish they would open up in Dallas, they would do very well!

I stopped here recently on a drive up to Maine with my fiancée. I love trying regional/local favorites and was excited to have a real North Shore roast beef sandwich. I got the Super Beef with cheese, mayo and BBQ sauce, and it comes on an onion roll. This was easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life!!! I’m not joking, this thing was SO GOOD. The beef was extremely tender, juicy and flavorful, the onion roll was fresh and the perfect size to contain the massive serving of beef. I was worried the BBQ sauce and the sheer quantity of delicious beef would be too sloppy or make it into a soggy mess, but instead the sandwich was perfectly assembled and held up structurally until the last bite. I can’t recommend this place more, and will be stopping here on my drive back down from Maine later this week. I cannot wait to chomp another Super Beef!! Thank you NERB for a delicious and memorable lunch!

Put in my order and it was fairly easy order -- a roast beef sandwich, salad with a scoop of chicken salad and onion rings. Went home and the onion rings weren't in the bag, and the roast beef onion roll was stale. Called and they weren't helpful at all. Their website options include delivery but wouldn't send the forgotten items by delivery. I paid cash so I couldn't put in a dispute if a credit card was involved. This used to be a good sandwich shop. I've been there for at least 10 years. They just lost a customer. Recommend going somewhere else.

Cold soggy wet bun with roast beef that reeked of food poisoning. Soggy fries, with hard as a rock onion rings . The unwrapped utensils masking taped to the box were a bonus.
Also the number listed here doesn’t work

The BEST pastrami I've had in a looong while.. rivals The Hat back home in So-Cal! Excellent choice in bread, very flavorful and smartly priced. This is a very high quality sandwich that packs a HUGE amount of flavor. Love.

Sandwich and onion rings were de-freakin-licous. And that's even AFTER I had to let my sandwich sit on my counter for several hours when I got called away for a work emergency. I had rushed out—forgot it on my countertop. I remembered on the drive out and was kicking myself thinking I just wasted perfectly good food. Got back home a few hours later and was so hungry, I said 'screw it' and took some bites. Even with floppy lettuce and condensation-moistened onion rings, both still tasted great. If old food still tastes that good, I seriously can't wait to go back so I can eat it fresh like one's supposed to... I will definitely be going back!
