The crust has just the right crisp, and the toppings are generous and high quality. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides great customer service every time. Whether dining in or ordering out, the experience is consistently excellent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious pizza in Worcester! Ordered the buffalo finger wrap. Consisted of two tiny chicken fingers a handful of lettuce and sauce. Absolutely horrible. Wrap was 90% bread. Don’t waste your time and money here!!!!!

I placed an order for a Greek sub TODAY. And it was wrong. I'll add the order in the caption and then what I received as well. Unfortunately they close at 10 so even though I called at 950 they didn't answer. I called 8 times with no response. I'm very disappointed. My sub should have grilled chicken Cucumbers feta cheese tomatoes onions and GREEK DRESSING that's all. My sub has melted provolone cheese, grilled chicken Lettuce tomatoes Cucumbers Olives and feta. Not only that when we went to pick it up they asked if we wanted chicken. The menu says it would have chicken.
In addition their answering machine says they are on vacation until Tuesday Aug 15 so I'm assuming their vm isn't up to date, but I was unable to speak with anyone and an disappointed to say the least.
Update: I was able to speak with someone today (7/1) and have my order replaced free of charge. Which I do appreciate regarding customer service.
