Hey not bad, I'd say way better than olive garden believe it or not. For what it is, I'm giving 5 stars. I got the chicken pesto with grilled veggies and it was really good and it was huge (I ordered the single portion too). The owner brought out fresh bread and olive oil which was nice. Very friendly service too. Clean, new building, plenty of parking.

Didnt like the pizza at all . The sauce tasted like the can and the crust was so hard you could break it with a hammer , wicked gross . But the place was very nice and very clean . Unfortunately I would NEVER go there again. Very disappointed

I want to start off by saying I am a huge fan of Niche Hospitality, but with that said, Nonna's was a huge disappointment.

Wow. Things have really changed since they first opened. I loved Nonna's. After today's visit, I'm disappointed. Usually everything the Niche Hospitality group produces is top notch for Worcester. That's how I felt about Nonna's before. Today, however, was very different. The service: 0/10, appalling, sad, and other disappointing words. When we walked in, someone from the kitchen was showing the staff her burn/cut or whatever wound was on her arm. Immediately, my friends were alarmed. It was GROSS. We asked if we would be sat and receive menus but instead were told we have to order at the counter. I know this is a change because I've been there many times before and we were allowed to pick a table and have wait staff come to us. When we saw the girl with the arm issue still roaming around the kitchen, I POLITELY asked if she was going to cover it up with a bandaid or something (you know like common health code????). The guy at the register didn't answer the question and just ignored it, telling me my total. Someone who LOOKED like a tired, annoyed, unhappy manager came up to the register and was inquiring about what I asked. Like as if she wouldn't know because she was standing right there. Her attitude was disgusting. She lacks people skills. The nice atmosphere that I remember from previous visits is completely gone. The restaurant: 6/10... upon entry it smelled like wet rag. Change the cleaning water please and thanks. The doors had dirt and leaves in front of them. It looked like it hasn't ever been swept. The booths were filled with crumbs, most likely never cleaned. I think the staff has a lot to do with the cleanliness as mentioned before. The food: 8/10 - pizza is great like every other time. Lots of cheese great flavor. You can tell they've gotten sloppier though, especially when there's pools of oil on the corner pieces. I hope they shape up because it's was an awesome place. It's a shame that their staff let it go. Also, bring back single serve lasagna!

Pizza is bad but I got this free pizza coupon. So I figured I'd go with it. Tried to use it the day after I got it. Said it was only valid one day. The place is a joke. No expiration on the coupon. Big takeaway though is pizza is bad. It's also overpriced. It reminds me of college dining hall pizza. And devoid of taste. So many other places to go for pizza in Worcester. Avoid this place.

A slice of their well done Sicilian could pass as a slice of square from Brooklyn . Best I've had in MA
THe pizza here is NOT impressive; could use more sauce and cheese and more time being REHEATED. I love sicilian but this spot needs to improve its quality on the pizza. Square slices are the only reason for the second star. Wouldnt hurt if Staff were more enthusiastic
