I always go here to get the same grinder whenever I'm visiting Worcester. Food is great, however check your order to make sure it's correct. Thankfully they graciously corrected it without hesitation or problem and made what I ordered + I ended up with an extra grinder which I took home. Great grinders, haven't tried the pizza, but just check your order before you drive away

This place is awful. How is your owner out for 1 whole month? Incompetent order taker. If I ask for a Chicken BLT. obvious id like tomatoes and lettuce. Ordered a BBQ crispy chicken calzone and got a cold chicken pizza. do not recommend.

Ordered pizza from here on what seemed to be a slow night. The pizza was undercooked and hard as a rock! How? Literal cardboard. The workers their didn't seem to care any about actually working but more or less on their phones. Disappointed is an understatement. They have truly went downhill. The workers their didn't seem to care any about actually working but more or less on their phones. Disappointed is an understatement. They have truly went downhill. This is our 3rd time ordering from Carlos since moving to the Auburn area. So far, we have not been disappointed! Tonight we ordered the super sub special and the spaghetti with their red sauce. We were so impressed by their sauce and the portion size. The spaghetti also came with a side salad and garlic bread! The sub was also tasty, typical pizza joint sub, lots of veggies (which I loved) and toasted well. We look forward to becoming regulars. It’s nice to finally find a local spot that won’t make you go broke and provides portions big enough to feed a family!

The first time I ordered the food was absolutely delicious and perfect. I ordered a barbecue crispy chicken pizza, and a steak calzone. It was the best! The second time I ordered I ordered a crispy chicken pizza well done, a steak and cheese calzone, a pepperoni pizza, and a cheese pizza. I did not get the pepperoni pizza, they would give it to me the next time I ordered. Instead of making a fuss, I said yes. Everything was underdone, and inedible. The crust was actually soggy and doughy on everything. There was no well done. I called and asked them to slow down, in hopes this wouldn't happen to anyone else. They did offer to recreate my order but I'm just so frustrated and it's so late. The answer is no. To go from having one of the greatest pizzas to having the worst pizza I've ever had. I can't take a chance in order from this place anymore. It's a role of the dice of what you're going to get. And I'm not a gambling gal
The small cheese pizza was so good that my mouth accepted its fate when the steam came out the box. 10/10 would burn my mouth again.

First time we ordered from here was great. We had a sausage and meatball parm and a wing ding dinner which were both good. Sub was perfectly toasted with a good amount of cheese to sauce ratio, the dinner had a fresh side salad and crispy fries, the wings were also nice. The second time we ordered from here was not that great, decided to try a Hawaiian with bacon added and curly fries, paid in cash and waited until it was ready. When I went back I noticed I was given regular fries instead of curly to which the girl didn't seem to mind as she offered no other comment besides sooo you want it remade? Ummm yes I want it remade as there's a price difference between regular and curly fries, the older gentleman in the kitchen who seemed to be working the grill and fryer just laughed and went on. I waited again and went back in for the fries (as my pizza was getting cold) she was on the phone which seemed personal and not work relating so I waited and then I asked for a receipt to which she said that because I paid in cash they didn't give out receipts, only for card purchases. That was odd as I have never heard of that in my life, she messed around on the computer and had to ask the same guy from the back for help, he gave me the receipt with an attitude like it was causing him a great inconvenience. Besides customer service being kinda crappy my next point is the prices don't match across three different platforms. Sm curly fries on receipt 4.75 on menu 4.95 and online 4.50 sm Hawaiian add bacon on receipt 12.75 on menu 13.20 and online 13.70 it's not a huge difference but the inconsistency is what threw me off.
