Having eaten in, and ordered from NU Chicken a few times since opening i can say the food is excellent here, and fairly priced given health conscious ingredients, atmosphere, and seeting areas especially outside are very nice, and always clean.
My only complaint is that attention to detail from service is lacking in consistency at the moment, wether it be kitchen staff or register. From the few times I've ordered food my orders have been messed up more times then not. First time I ordered I got loaded fries and no chicken was on them. My most recent visit I had requested no moonboy sauce on my loaded fries with no other modifications, and for some reason my order came with little to no fries in a tin? With moonboy sauce on them after i requested none. The group I was with ordered same and they all had correct portion sizes, however our friend who had ordered mac and cheese had it served barely warm, almost cold. Things were not particularly busy so im unsure why this happened.
I will obviously still continue to eat and order from here but I reasonably expect that service will hopefully get better as time goes on. My 4 star review reflects this otherwise I would say 5 star all day.

When I heard that somewhere in Worcester was offering gluten free fried chicken, I was soooooooo excited (the “clean” and “no seed oil” stuff is nonsense—I just want to be able to eat fried chicken again). I had the two piece chicken tenders and it was delicious!!! Milkshakes were also amazing and it was easy to request the gluten containing items to be left out.
My one star removal comes for a couple reasons. First, the fries were room temperature when our food came out which wasn’t the best. Second, for a place that is actively advertising that it has gluten free fried chicken, and only has three main menu items, it is really strange to me that they do not also have GF bread for the chicken sandwiches. That is what I REALLY wanted, a fried chicken sandwich, and it wasn’t possible. It’s still early days, so hopefully this will change in the future.

We stopped by to check out Nu Chicken with high hopes, as their sister restaurants, Nu Kitchen are a favorite of ours! This place DELIVERS! Service is fast, easy, and everyone was very polite.The chicken sandwiches are incredible with fantastic seasonings and taste. They use healthy oils when frying the chicken, as well as beef tallow for the fries, which makes them taste amazing. Don't sleep on the ice cream sundaes either, they are going to become a fan favorite for sure. 10/10 would recommend, we will definitely be back!

Got take out here, as one does when hoping for a quick meal, I get there, and wow. They have the prettiest outdoor seating with swing benches. 10/10. Ended up seating at the outdoor seating. Food was also unbelievable. Will be getting again shortly!

My son and I tried Nu Chicken for the first time today. The food was tasty. We both got the chicken tender meals, 1 chicken tender meal has a huge piece of chicken and 1 side. My son said the French fries were great and I enjoyed the Mac and cheese (I like that you get options on the sides for the meals and you don’t have to have French fries). I drank the lemonade (it was not overly sweet, which I loved) and my son had the natural soda (I think it was called blood orange - he loved it). The service was great and we got the food quickly. I would recommend checking this place out.
