Fantastic three course meal for Restaurant week. To start we were given hot rolls with olive oil, garlic and balsamic vinegar to dip the bread in. It was fantastic! Next we decided on the arancini appetizer. Everyone enjoyed them, with my daughter saying they were the best she's ever had! The tomato sauce with them was so good, I would have licked the plate clean! Next came our three courses which were on special. Everything was wonderful! I was so full, I couldn't finish my meal. Service was amazing! Water glasses refilled. Multiple people checking on us. Always a wonderful experience at my favorite special occasion restaurant!

This was our first visit to Nuovo. The food was excellent, great selection of apps and specials. We loved the Mediterranean Salad and our entrees. Can't wait to go back.

What truly stood out was the outstanding service—attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The ambiance was welcoming and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a nice evening out. I also appreciated the overall value; prices were fair for the quality provided. As a bonus, the noise level was quiet, which made for easy conversation and an enjoyable dining atmosphere. Overall, Nuovo is a place I would definitely return to and recommend to others looking for great food and exceptional service in a calm, enjoyable setting.

What's great anniversary dinner! The food was spectacular. We were sat right in front of a window at a quiet table for two. Our waitress was really great. The cocktails were yummy. Thank you what a wonderful celebration!

This is a great Italian restaurant with a nice bar and cozy seating. We went for our anniversary and the staff was lovely. There were no open tables, but they let us know that we could order food and drinks from the bar. We sat at the bar and met a lovely bartender and some wonderful regular customers. Both owners came out at one point to congratulate us on our anniversary. They also allowed us to come back later after they had settled down for the night and order our anniversary desserts so that we wouldn't miss an obligation that we had made for our anniversary. All in all 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. We plan on coming back. The chicken parm was out of this world and the chicken piccata was just as good.

Salad was overdressed. Spaghetti vongole drowned in too sweet marinara made it more like spaghetti soup. Service ok, no refilled water but they did send out sparkling moscato at the end of the meal for my birthday, which was a nice gesture. They said thank you and good night when I left which was appreciated. Front desk staff was excellent and welcoming.

Ate dinner there on a Tuesday with 2 Worcester buddies of mine. The food was quite good, starting with the meatballs appetizer, rolls, salads, Steak Napoleon, Seafood special with shrimp, scallops and mussels over angel hair pasta and a delectable chocolate bomba for dessert. Service was attentive, at least for us. At a nearby table, they got up to leave after apparently some indifferent service from another waiter but ended up staying. I will be back there again. Shrewsbury Street has so many great options and Nuovo is one of them.
Food was underwhelming and that’s a compliment. Used to be decent back in the day in the 2010s, not comparable or better than Via, but decent. So $200 bucks for a 2-person meal at Nuovo; not worth it. Can’t say that now. Service was also underwhelming, but that was not the server’s fault. When the server came she was pleasant, but there were only two people manning the entire restaurant. Definitely DO NOT GO THERE!

We have dined at Nuovo in Worcester, MA on occasion during the past 12 years, and they have never disappointed. The food quality and service are excellent, as they were when we dined there on June 6, 2025. Our waitress was superb, and the food, wonderful. However, the prices, particularly for drinks has become excessive (as they are in most good restaurants) when added to the overall bill, but we will continue to dine here (at least on special occasions) because of the food quality and service. We recommend them for special occasions.

Nuovo never disappoints!! The food is always delicious. My husband had the haddock /lobster ravioli special - yum.. my friend and I each had the filet trio with Ortga rice.. omg.. so good. Her husband had the Carbonara..
