Thanks to Live To Eat Food for the reminder to visit Nuovo Restaurant in Worcester. I hadn’t been back since around the time they opened—10+ years ago—& let me say, they did not disappoint. We arrived around 6 PM, & the place was buzzing with at least three Christmas parties going on, so we grabbed seats at the bar. We started with some excellent martinis, then moved on to appetizers (after the bread, of course). We had the fig–mascarpone stuffed phyllo dough & the best chicken lemon orzo soup—truly unmatched anywhere else in the city. For entrées, he had the lobster pappardelle special, & I went with pasta in vodka sauce with meatballs. We were completely stuffed but still couldn’t resist ordering the blueberry-crumble cheesecake to go. Despite how busy they were, the service was great, & everything we had was spot-on.

Good time service was just a little off to what we expected. Drinks took a long time to come and there was like 4 tables with guests. So it was really quiet. Really a let down

The food was amazing. The eggplant parm was not like any I had before, it had ricotta cheese and was so flavorful. The two specials that other guests had were both flavorful and plentiful. We will be back.

Friendly greeting at the door, followed by vey good service. Each dish was tastefully and eye-pleasing. Cocktails and wines were delicious as well. We got a corner booth/table as we requested which added to the experience. Everyone in our party was very pleased ad we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Our first visit, and definitely won't be our last. Excellent food and service. The atmosphere loses 1 star only due to the loudness once the place fills up. That is also a testament to how good of a following of customers they have.

Went to Nuovo last night and had a fantastic time. Great location and the staff was amazing. We had 6 people celebrating a birthday and really got to explore a lot of the menu from seafood to pasta to steaks and Nuovo delivered on everything. Will be back any time I’m visiting Worcester!

We sat at the bar for dinner before a show at the Hanover Theater. Had plenty of time to eat and get to the theater. Enya mixed us a great gin martini & espresso martini and was very personable throughout our evening. Food was on time and delicious starting with excellent eggplant rollatini, caesar salad (just ok), a wonderful lasagna and grilled fillet of beef which was very good with the most delicious soft cloves of garlic and ortega rice (like a risotto). Bar was full up by the time we left. Skipped dessert this time but would go back again for sure.

Food was outstanding. Lobster Paparello was the best I've ever tasted. A bit loud for my preference but enjoyed the dining nonetheless. Service was friendly, paced well, yet attentive when needed. Will definitely be back!!

Can't say enough about Nuovo, it's an absolute gem. My family and I love coming here, from the food to the ambiance and the service. Every dish we've had has been spectacular, I'm a huge fan of their bolognese which I think is the best. The waiters are always so nice and engaging. An overall fantastic dining experience.
