not safe place for metal shows or people with disabilities
I wish there was a yes and no option. Anyways, my boyfriend had gotten us tickets to see Josey Scott last night a few months ago as a birthday gift and the music was awesome. So if the music was good, surely I could totally recommend the place? Unfortunately no I can't. First off, my boyfriend had requested ADA accommodations because of his physical disability and Off The Rails was very cool about it. Here's the issue. The ADA section at the Josey Scott show was basically in the middle of the floor where people could very easily crowd around it. There was also multiple people spilling into the ADA section because they either didn't know or didn't care about the row of individuals with disabilities sitting beside and behind them. What was the worst part and made us leave early was during the Hed P.E. set people started moshing and were shoving each other into the people in front of us which caused them to almost fall into mine and a couple other's laps several times. Like security did literally nothing about it and my boyfriend was legitimately concerned for my safety. Also, Hed P.E. was the only bad we saw that had that issue. All the other bands were great and didn't have any issues. While the music was amazing and we enjoyed it very much I don't know if I can fully recommend it based on how they booked Hed P.E. into a show that was in a venue that was rather small and would have several people moshing, especially with a row of individuals with disabilities.
Great food nice place very clean lots of parking
Great atmosphere, lots of country music decor on the walls.
We stopped in for a drink and appetizers before a show at the DCU Center. It is located directly behind the DCU, so it was a 2 minute walk when we finished.
The steak and cheese egg rolls and truffle fries were excellent. I had the smoked old fashion, and my wife had the caffeine cowboy. Both drinks didn't disappoint.
It is worth the stop before or after a show.
Great place resealable price
Great venue with parking
Front bar service could improve tremedously. I would never book a large group here again.
Beware the sound man and his volume sliders.
I have been going to concerts large and small for nearly 50 years and this is the first place that I ever walked out of because I felt my hearing was being actively destroyed.
We went for the Pourmen and Peach Eaters. Paid the $100 ransom for a "private table" that was packed in along the side wall. We were driven out of the room by the volume during the Pourmen show. We abandoned our private table and sat outside. But we figured it was the Pourmen's soundman and the Peach Eaters would be fine as their style is different.
We reclaimed our table for the Peach Eaters set, and were sad to see the same dude at the soundboard. Again, volume was insane and so loud that every note of this cool Allman Brothers cover band was so loud and distorted that it was un-listenable. We left before the first tune finished. The two private tables on either side of us bailed before us.
Never again Off the Rails. (We have been here before and it was fine.)
We usually come for the best smoked wings around. But I also enjoy the brisket mac. It seems like they have a good variety of local and seasonal beers -though my husband always get the same beer.
This place often has nice musicians playing. Which leads to my only complaint. The volume is too loud for my taste and that takes away from my enjoyment. I don’t like to shout to have a conversation with whomever I’m with.
Great atmosphere, great staff, great place to grab a bite before a show at the Palladium.

great venue
Burgers, wings and fries were great, will be back for sure
Have seen several shows here. They have been great. If you get there early enough, the food is really good. It is also a small enough venue where you’ll likely get to meet and hang out a little with the band.
Amazing experience!! Highly recommended!!
Waitstaff had patience and friendly. (Very busy was there during "The Puff Down" cannabis event)
Food was delicious. This annual Event was in backroom & outside patio.. DJ Stenny & WuTang Clan in the house. AWESOME!
