My wife and I had a couple of maki rolls before going to a concert at Mechanics Hall. The restaurant was completely full at 7pm, and seemed like many of the customers were also headed to the concert after their meals. The maki rolls were well prepared and very tasty; and while our server was very busy she was responsive to our requests. Will need to return here for lunch or at other times to better evaluate the restaurant overall. Not crazy about the interior layout; so cannot commend it as an exceptional environment. But initial experience was positive, and seems like a good choice for casual dining or snack.

It was HORRIBLE. The rice was soft and soggy…. Literally melting in my mouth. Literally disgusting and then the owner had the nerve to try and make me pay for half of the food because I mixed it together but didn’t eat any…. Like what? Needless to say, I didn’t pay for it and wasn’t going to pay for it because I didn’t eat any of it… Will NEVER visit this place again. Absolutely HORRIBLE… I should’ve listened to the previous comments about this place. Do yourself the favor and stay away from here. Ive had much better.

Our recent dining experience had some significant ups and downs. On the positive side, the young man who seated us was exceptionally friendly and efficient – a real asset to the team. Also, the crab rangoons were delicious and a definite highlight.
However, we encountered some issues that affected our overall experience. Our server seemed inattentive and uninterested in providing good service… we missed having basic service, such as water refills or check-ins on our meals. The chicken hibachi, unfortunately, was undercooked, which was a disappointment. We also felt rushed at the end of the meal when the lights were turned off as we were settling the bill.
Her behavior and the undercooked food led us to rate the experience lower than we had hoped. We believe that with improvements in service attentiveness and food preparation, this restaurant has the potential to greatly improve.

I ordered a poke bowl, but the sauce was overly sour and the salmon I ordered wasn’t spicy as expected. The salmon pieces were also chopped up too small.
Ordered Sushi from this place to the hospital as my wife’s first sushi after 9 months of pregnancy. Without being hyperbolic, the sushi was so bad that it made my post-partum wife cry. The sushi was gray and bad and bland. We recommend reconsidering ordering from this place.

Dousing food in pepper is not a valid substitute for quality cooking or ingredients. Would maybe be a 3 star if the water wasn't disgusting. No attempt to soft boil the eggs in the salty ramen soup was made (completely hard boiled and dried out). The $19 steak had so much pepper it's was barely edible, served with a microscopic portion of rice. Staff is friendly and helpful, but the music is way too loud.

Ordered GrubHub from here and got the sushi combo plate. I will say they did thoroughly follow my instructions I noted on the app. The sushi was good and the presentation. My only thing is the plastic box it was in. Initially I thought there was hair in my sushi, it wasn’t it was strands of string or so from the side of the box. It was on many pieces of my sushi and was frustrating that I had to pick them out.
