First time eating 'Olo Pizza. Neapolitan style is not our normal go to, but we were in the mood for something new after a less than favorable experience at one of our usual spots. I ordered our food for pickup on the website due to the snowstorm that had started. The confirmation said the two pizzas would be ready at 5:22pm, and I received a text back they were ready at 5:17pm. We ordered the Pepperoni (Fresh and shredded mozzarella, thick pepperoni, and dried oregano) and the Ricotta which is a white sauce pie (Shredded mozzarella, crispy prosciutto, Mike's Hot Honey, herbs, and pecorino).
I arrived right behind a group that was being led away by the only hostess at the station at that time. It was early in the evening, but I could see the restaurant was getting busy. It was only a matter of moments before someone working the food line helped retrieve my order. He gave off a welcoming and friendly vibe, which I wouldn't have expected from someone possibly making and helping with the takeout deliveries. That vibe will have me coming back to have a meal in person in the near future.
I would have given both pizzas 5 stars, but while I enjoyed the charred outer crust on the pepperoni, there was more than enough for my taste. I think I will try eating a slice from crust to center next time I try 'Olo. The pepperonis were juicy and remarkably delicious. For someone that likes a more doughy pizza, the seasoning for both pies exceeded my expectations in taste. I look forward to coming back in person and eating the pizza right out of the oven.

Honestly-?.pizzas tasted like salty cardboard. 🤮 - nothing special or unique AT ALL! Overpriced, poorly made - way better off spending your money @ papa Gino’s!! Basically both me and two people I shared the food with all agreed! ~ tastes like salted plastic. 🤮

Service was ok, not outstanding but not awful. Limited drink menu especially beer for a pizza spot. The pizza was good not exceptional. The antipasti salad was excellent! Great place to take teenagers!

This place has all the right ingredients to be good. They have a great spot, a great pizza oven and decent (though nothing special here) ingredients. But what they don't have, is someone that can use that oven correctly. The dough is trash. Plain and simple. The pizzas are not crispy at all. They are rubbery and floppy and don't taste good. Oh. And they also wrap their horrible sandwiches in the same horrible crust. Hard pass. Oh and it's expensive for what it is.

The food was decent. This place is way, way, way too loud though. Unless the acoustics are improved, it's not worth it.

Called for take out of toasted meatball sub and pepperoni pizza. They told us they would text when order was ready in about 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes we went in and our order had been sitting for a while. Sub was so soggy you couldn't pick it up and didn't taste good. If was on some kind of thin pita type bread that was not good. Pizza was cold & floppy. I would expect more for $40. We will not return.

Was really excited to see a chopped salad on a menu after Piccolos stopped serving theirs a few years ago. I can say Olo's is a really great diy chopped salad. Great ingredients, everything you want....except the chopped part. After I chopped my platter of ingredients, I enjoyed my salad but the price didn't lend me to believe I'd have to do the labor to prepare the salad I ordered.
Was told by our server of a Sicilian pizza special with up to three toppings. We ordered half cheese and half pepperoni and the bill was $20 for cheese and $20 for pepperoni. There is absolutely no reason to pay $40 for a 12 slice pizza. Please do NOT order a ‘special’ without asking the cost! An extra $20 just for half a pepperoni pizza is insane

We just got a pizza to go, but it was delicious. I have to say it was definitely overpriced though. 21 bucks for a small pizza

Excellent Meatball and Ricotta pizza. Had to bring home a bacon and mushroom as well. I have been there several times and never disappointed. So good.

Ordered take out and wow! We ordered the vegetable pizza and the Greek salad. I really appreciated how the salad was just as good as the pizza — it wasn’t an after thought. Great crust - fresh vegetables. Easy to pick up. All in all great experience — we will be back!
