The food is phenomenal. Seasonings are amazing. Their samosa are so fresh and I think the best I’ve had! Their classic dishes are very good as well. The owners are kind and remember me whenever I stop in, even though I just get take out!

Om Indian grill is by far the best North Indian restaurant in the Worcester, and might I say, the metro West area. I generally avoid places that offer the same old North Indian dishes. But the reviews were so good and I had always wanted to visit their previous restaurant the Pub 122. We went for dinner - ordered chicken kadhai, palak paneer and dal makhani. The curries were really really good. Made freshly from ground spices instead of just the powders. Spice levels were perfect. The dal makhani was just like what we had at Amritsar. The palak paneer had a light smoky flavor which I haven't found elsewhere. Service was awesome and ambience is like any other Indian restaurant. The Punjabi music gave it an authentic Punjabi vibe although I would have preferred a little less of it.
Kids and wife loved it which made it worth it. I felt good after eating at a North Indian restaurant after a very long time. Great job guys! Please keep it up! A must visit in the area. Located on water street with good amount of on street parking, you will not go wrong with Om.

Delicious. How'd they get their rice like that? Light, fluffy, and flavorful. Super happy.

I absolutely love the food and the service here! I've never been disappointed in dining in or getting takeout. Always a fabulous experience! ❤️ Delicious.

I did not have a good experience at this restaurant and unfortunately will not be returning. I ordered the lamb biryani, and the owner mentioned upfront that it was “different” from other biryanis. It turned out to include peas and capsicum (which aren’t usual ingredients in a biriyani), the lamb was overcooked, and the flavors weren’t balanced at all. I shared my feedback politely, but the owner became defensive and insisted she always tells customers it’s different. That actually made me think others might have had similar feedback. I even suggested that they list the ingredients on the menu to avoid confusion, but she wasn’t receptive. I didn’t mind that the dish wasn’t to my taste as much as I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality in her response.
I ordered the samosa chat as well, that was average.

The food was great. Tasty sauces, naan, and rice. Great paneer. Friendly owners and good music videos on the tv, but not too loud. Very pleasant find!

Delicious meals made from scratch with lots of menu options. Used to be Pub 122 owners in Grafton, but the new location blows the doors off that place. Same service with a smile and really great authentic Indian food. Highly recommend even for first timers. You can choose how spicy you like it for most of their entrees. The Samosa Chaat is one of my favorite apps ever.

Had take out often from their previous location, first time eating in since they moved. Food still as delicious as ever, staff are very kind, new venue is spacious and neat. Samosa chaat and chicken mutter malai are two of our favorites. Will be back again!

The food is absolutely delicious and the owners are so sweet, always friendly and remembering details about what we have ordered in the past. We have been a few times already and we will come back again and again. They are also very knowledgeable about dietary restrictions, I am gluten free and they knew exactly what that meant and what I could and couldn’t have.

Truly a gem for anyone who appreciates authentic Indian cuisine!
From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting - a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The interior design was tastefully done, with beautiful Indian décor elements like intricate wall art, softly glowing lantern-style lights, and richly colored textiles that created an immersive dining environment. It felt like a small cultural escape right in the heart of the city.

Now, on to the food - absolutely outstanding! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients and traditional spices. You could taste the authenticity in every bite. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. The biryani had that fragrant, layered flavor that only comes from slow, thoughtful cooking. The naan was soft, warm, and served fresh from the tandoor - perfect for scooping up every bit of the delicious sauces.

What really stood out to us was the attention to detail. Even the appetizers, like the samosas and paneer tikka, were beautifully presented and full of bold, vibrant flavors. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of every dish.

The service was equally impressive. Our server was genuinely kind, attentive without being overbearing, and happy to explain different items on the menu when we had questions. They made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the meal, checking in just the right amount and even offering great pairing suggestions. It felt like more than just service - it was hospitality.

The overall experience was seamless from start to finish. Clean tables, quick service, good music at the right volume - all the little things that elevate a good restaurant to a great one. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we’ll come back.

If you're looking for flavorful, authentic Indian food in a beautiful setting with friendly service, this place is a must-visit. Whether you’re already a fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.
