I wanted to share some feedback about the cake I ordered for my daughter’s birthday and gender reveal celebration on Saturday. First, I want to thank you for the beautiful decoration it was absolutely stunning and added so much to our special day!
However, I was disappointed with the cake itself. It was quite dry, and despite having 18 people at the celebration, no one really ate it. I was hoping for a cake that was not only beautifully decorated but also moist and delicious, especially for such a meaningful occasion.
I wanted to provide this feedback in the hope that it’s helpful for the future. Thank you again for the effort and care you put into the decoration.

Came here recently because of the reviews about the gluten free treats. My husband is gluten free and has had a hard time finding baked goods that actually taste good. I got him the gluten free homemade Oreos and he LOVED them. I got the apple caramel cheesecake (not gf) and that was amazing as well. It was so good, I went back a few days later and bought even more treats! Highly recommend!!

I love this place so much, it’s basically my home on the weekends!! The quiche, scones, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, I want it all!!! And they have the most kindest and hospitable staff/owners, it’s refreshing to see the owners put so much love and energy into their small business 🩷

I ordered a custom cake for my son’s first bday. It was perfect! And also very thankful they helped us with an added smash cake, which wasn’t part of the original plan! I had totally forgotten to order one and when my frantic husband went in to pick up our custom, they happily took scraps together to help us make a still beautiful and very tastey smash cake. Thank you! You guys are the best!

On the rise was so accommodating! I was specifically looking for a gluten free cake for a surprise 40th birthday party. I'd highly recommend this little gem. Hired OTR for our wedding cake & cupcakes for the guests…. Absolutely delicious & there were hardly any leftover from guests taking more than one - they were THAT good!!! The tasting they provide is such a cute date experience as well, and Mara the owner was exceptionally kind, flexible, and responsive to any and all of our questions. We will definitely be placing an order on our yearly anniversary for their carrot cake that we had at the wedding !!! Thank you Mara!

We used On the Rise baking for our wedding and had the most amazing experience. We worked with Mara where we started with a tasting. She gave us options to choose different cakes and frostings. She sat with us and talked about our vision board and what we wanted in terms of style as well as flavors. Halfway through the wedding planning journey we found out that the groom has celiac so he needed to keep gluten free. So I added a small gluten free cutting cake to the order. On the day of the wedding, to my pleasant surprise, the small cutting cake was also decorated as beautifully as we had our regular cake! I was fully expecting a small unassuming cake that we just cut but they truly went above and beyond! I can’t skip to mention how delicious all the cakes were as that was the most important part for us. Please use them for your wedding cake and even any other occasion you may have. 100% on quality, 110% on customer service/customer satisfaction, and 120% on taste!
Came today to this amazing place 13 minutes before closing, not even hoping they let me in. These sweetest people met me with a friendliest smiles and the best moose Tuxedo cake I’ve for a while. The place is small but the variety of coffee flavors and deserts are great. Strongly recommend this business to anyone! No pictures of the cake-it’s gone already! :)

I went here today and the dishes were so clean they were basically sparkling, i've been to other bakeries who i feel dont pay much attention to the cleanliness of their silverware.
