I used to love Panera, but the prices started getting really high for such small portions so I stopped ordering for awhile. I thought I'd give them another try when I was craving soup and a salad this week, and honestly I regret spending my money here. The food tasted fine but the portion sizes are unbelievably small for what you pay. My half size salad was over $10 and smaller than my hand and had what looked like a tablespoon of dressing. Barely enough to even taste once it was mixed in. The cup of soup was also quite small, the container wasn't filled all the way, and the soup tasted extremely salty with very little inclusions (mostly broth). For the price, I expected at the very least enough salad dressing to cover my salad... The food tasted okay, but it wasn't good enough to deal with the crazy prices and tiny portions so I'll likely go elsewhere for my soup and salad in the future.

They ran out of a baguette as a side for soup on a bitterly cold day and would not replace it with other bread even though there was visibly a surplus of bread. Could not get the discount to work on the self service machine.

Here’s a novel idea: pay attention to who is in line for pickup and ask the person who has been standing there for 10 minutes waiting for what they need before attending to the vulture delivery drivers who just bombard the first person they see the second they walk in.

Maybe next time you won’t have to give me a sarcastic “have a good day” after I snatch the bag out of your hands while I have 5 delivery drivers barking at you.

While we’re at it. Fix your parking. People just do whatever they want, including parking in handicapped spaces

Technically decent breakfast. We both got bagels with cream cheese coffee was fine just feel like Panera bread has gone downhill. Maybe it was just that store but not enthused about returning the future

I usually enjoy Panera food, however, after receiving a catered order of sandwiches today I’ll no longer eat here. If there was a negative star option from the rating list I would have selected this. Let me explain.

Earlier this week we ordered a total of 11-12 assorted sandwiches with chips, drinks, cookies, etc. for a total of $170. We received the sandwiches today (8/3/24) and after they were unwrapped, and to my horror, ALL the avocado on each sandwich were “black”and looked inedible so we didn’t touch any of the sandwiches or anything else that was delivered.

I ended up calling the location (Goldstar Blvd in Worc) to have this resolved, but was told that Panera couldn’t do anything because it was beyond five hours since the sandwiches were delivered (the sandwiches were delivered at 11:30am and I called at 4:45pm—15 min beyond the 5 hour window). I even offered to send in photographs which were taken 30min after delivery) and offered to return everything (which was untouched) and they still couldn’t do anything.

My guess was that these sandwiches had been sitting for some time (possibly days) and were then dellivered to us. Won’t go back there again!

This panera has changed so much. Prices went up.. quality is down.. Key pad for the bathroom is so inconvenient... Dining room a mess. Employees are stressed and disrespected by their managers in front of customers. Melanie is awful.. She's a miserable person. Idk how she's a manager. She was Literally screaming at the Spanish girls on the line telling them to shut up it made me so uncomfortable. I can't imagine working in a hostile environment like that. She should be fired. I won't bother coming here again. There's local businesses I rather give my money too

I didn't order food because there's very little available here that is Autoimmune Protocol compliant. I ordered iced green tea, which was good. Again, my options are extremely limited. Any other option has sugar in it.

Dietary restrictions: If you follow the AIP this restaurant is not for you.
