This is the best pizza shop in the area, and one of the best pizza shops that I’ve been in a very long time. There is nothing that I have tried that has not met my expectations. Everything is so fresh, the pizza it’s always warm, not overly sauced just enough cheese, not stingy on the toppings not sale like Freshway. Everything is just phenomenal. The staff is always super friendly, I don’t know if the bald guy is the owner, but wow, he is super nice, to me. Customer service is super important. I also love that their dessert menu is much more than baklava, chocolate cake and cheesecake ,and the fact that they sell ice cream year-round got me sold. Nine out of 10 times people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience, very few people leave good reviews, I feel that Papa flames deserves them. Keep up the great work guys. I live in Leicester, but I rather much drive down to Stafford Street than to go to my local pizza shop where I know that if I eat there, we all end up sick.

By far my number 1 pick for a take out pizza spot. Tonight I ordered the chicken finger dinner and I must say I've always hated coleslaw. I tried Papa flames and I love it. I love that the fries are crispy, the chicken is crispy and the food is hot when it's delivered. Also the fried Oreos are dangerous,but in a good way. Highly recommend this place.

We live up the street and just order here for the first time and the food was absolutely delicious. Anyone who works in food service can tell the signs of a clean kitchen and this place has it. We ordered two subs (grilled chicken and a chicken salad) both were made fresh and exactly to order. We also ordered a fried appetizer (broccoli cheese). The grilled chicken was cooked on a clean surface, there was no burnt up chunks of other people's food in the sub. The friend app was cooked in clean oil which was obvious by the color. That last pizza place we ordered from in the area could not say the same. Eat here, the price is great and the food is good.
