Matt was great! He was super friendly and made our meals perfectly despite our many modifications. He even brought us napkins and utensils after he saw my wife was disabled
Papa Gino in Lincoln Street the employers do not wear gloves. They touch your food with a dirty fingers and they take an hour just to give you a small cheese pizza bad service and the manager is even worse. they touch the cheese, the meat and everything with the dirty hands and no gloves 😡😡😡😡

Poor experience tonight unfortunately. My online order with a given time to be ready was not even close. 30 minutes late. Then my well done pizza is completely undercooked. Do better papa ginos food is usually great.
Still the best pizza in greater Boston outside of the North End. I don't understand why they are struggling. The problem is not the pizza. So, what is it? Marketing? Locations?
