I love papa Gino’s. My name is Benjamin Solivan. I ordered food at Lincoln st location in Worcester yesterday online at around 4:30 on Friday the 26th of September. I ordered a Greek salad with no hot peppers and no onion. I also ordered a large meat combo pizza.
What I received was a regular salad. It seemed like slightly frozen cucumber slices and then defrosted also had “onion”, not even a Greek salad.
My pizza was very under cooked and quite soggy. I live 3 min up the street and find the convenience great. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed.

I called and stated, the pizza from here is amazing when it is fresh. I don't want reheated slices. I was told the pizza just came out I didn't believe him. When I got my food the pizza was hot and fresh. There is nothing like papa ginos pizza with a cold mountain dew and the kindness and customer service just knocks it out the park!

This location is awesome! I called last minute to order a large quantity of pizzas for a high school soccer team playing in the area. The staff was extremely accommodating and met my timing needs. They packed plenty of plates, napkins, etc. without me having to ask. Thank you Papa Gino’s!

Always on point with their food at this location! During one order, Yonas hooked me up with some extra buffalo sauces and made sure I was taken care of, he is always nice when I go in and see him. During another visit, I didn’t catch his name, I forgot to ask, but the tall, thin & blonde gentleman that was working also hooked me up with a door dash bag to help keep my food warm until I reached home! So shoutout to him for the solid! Honestly all the employees are always warm and welcoming/ make sure you have everything you need with your order! The food is always on point, one of my favorite locations to come to! Hopefully my review helps with your decision to eat out here today because you won’t regret it!
