I ordered a xlarge pizza and got a large and have a broken foot so I couldn't go back to fix it service was great just a little mess up on the pizza but ill be back this is my home pizza shop...keep on keeping on guys. ??

Just don’t order from the Worcester Lincoln street store where “Steve” manages. If you call to say something’s wrong he’ll blame it on you and corporate will agree with him. Your not a customer your just income. ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE. At least they’ll try to correct the issue. Papa Gino’s just lies. (& hires guys like “Steve”) … they’ll try to say an area manager will call you but those area managers are just as bad. They won’t contact you. They already got your money.

Matt is so gorgeous and was the best server ever he deserves a raise!! Like so seriously. Best service I’ve ever had in my life he was so funny and kind. Mac and cheese was very cheesy!!! And that bread tho ?Kid-friendliness: The kid in here was covered in sauce, looked like he enjoyed his meal. Was able to freely express himself while he danced side to side.
