As a (recent) former employee of Papa's, I'm aware of the patience required for most food service positions. It's tough as hell. New employees messing up the pizza oven, three walk-ins, phone ringing, driver lost - pure insanity. I assumed ordering a pizza at 5:00 on a Thursday night wouldn't be a huge feat. But the website was terrible. Nothing was working right. It had been such a long day already - I was beyond frustrated. Well, Hallelujah for KRISSY, EMPLOYEE...
Well, the pizza cooks are the star of the show, hot fresh pizza is a must.
Service is terrible, very dysfunctional, needs better management. Over priced.

We usually get our orders to go, once in a while we'll sit in. If you're going to call your order in they'll tell you how long the wait is going to be so there's no guess work there. I've never had to wait when I walked in more than 5 minutes and I've never had a complaint five stars!
