They need to work on their customer service skills. They were rude and disrespectful. I made Three orders online for pick up. Those dumb workers messed up my orders. Didn't give me all the sauces I ordered or bags. When I told them I rather go to Domino. A fat red head woman was laughing at me with her hippie dumb boyfriend while making rude comments. Papa John’s store at Chandler St in Worcester needs new workers or trained they workers.

I ordered pizza they making wrong. I called them the same time they said they will remake it which I don’t need that same time because I leave far away so I can’t come to pick up so I called after two days later I speak to someone whoever in charge their they don’t know what’s going on, then she said I talk to the manager. She called me after two hour and that time we already have a dinner order and I said we will come next time. Don’t worry about it and when I call to do it they have a bad Customer service .manager the way she spoken to the customer it’s really bad :( We ordered every week pizza three time in the week almost and she was really Mad on the phone .

Really good pizza and affordable.The establishment is small and has no sitting area, this is most an take out place.Parking: There is an option to park behind the building, it is small ,but because the business is mostly a take out, is always spots available!
