The Parkway is an iconic landmark located on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, Mass. The area was once a stronghold of the Italian Americans living in central Mass. The breakfasts and lunches are just good old American diner food. The "Italian" breakfast which I had today was outstanding. The people in the bar area were already talking about the upcoming Red Sox v Yankees wildcard playoff games. Great memories and a throwback breakfast for an old Worcester native that came to the Parkway back in the 60s and 70s. Thanks for the memories and great breakfast!

If I could give this place a zero, I would! This lady with booty shorts on the shift decided to cuss at me and my friends while trying to place an order. I want her fired immedtialy. And she was profiling us because of what the previous customers did. We are 17 year old african girls I think it was racially profiled. She talked shit abt us the entire time we were sitting right here. Extremely disrespectful, extremely disappoints, and EXTREMELY UPSET. I FEEL LIKE I COULDNT EVEN LAUGH WITHOUT HER SAYING ANOTHER CUSS WORD AT US.

Always a favorite. Had the Italian breakfast with meatball which was delicious. Coffee hot and strong, not watered down at other places. They now serve gluten free bagels.

Parking: Parking lot across the street next to the car wash.

Surprisingly big portions, great value for the price! I haven't seen French toast this big anywhere else. Highly recommend the potatoes!

Absolutely the diner experience I expect when I think diner. Food made in front of you, fast and good. Friendly staff. I didn't visit the restaurant part in the back but that 1pm breakfast was top notch. Great stuff Parkway!

I ordered for pick up by calling the restaurant. The main reason I chose to order from here is the cheap prices. I ordered 3 meals and went to pick it up expecting to pay $35 (that was the price of the 3 meals all together on their website) I go in the restaurant and to my surprise the staff says total is $49. I get confused and look at the receipt she is handing me. Steak and eggs is $19 instead of $15 how it says on their menu. Country breakfast was $15 instead of $11, and John’s breakfast $12 instead of $9. So the total being $15 more than it was supposed to. I tell the staff that’s not the prices on their website, and she says sorry we haven’t changed yet. I said okay I guess and paid. I guess what else am I supposed to do they already made the food. But I think that is false advertising and not okay to do. If it was $3-5 more than expected I wouldn’t be making a review. It would’ve been annoying but not that big of a deal. But if I knew the food would have been $15 more I wouldn’t have chose to order from here. Prices should be changed on website right when they are changed because it’s not fair

First time having an Italian breakfast over 40 years ago. Best breakfast ever! The previous owner (John) was the best short order cook I have ever witnessed, He would have multiple breakfasts cooking while engaging in multiple conversations, while serving up flawless meals with little waiting. New owner has continued with almost the same success. Great meatballs, sausage, and sauce! Thanks Parkway!
