Simply phenomenal every single time. Getting to be privy to an open kitchen is a treat. When people are willing to wait in line it’s a treasure. Eating at Pasta Mani isn’t just a night out, it’s an experience in and of itself. Lot of great places to eat in Worcester, but after today Pasta Mani has moved to the top of my list. Salads are fresh as if the greens were picked today. Every entree is ridiculously good. I’m not even a pasta lover, yet I think about this place all week long. Must get any of the dessert's to finish your meal. Appetizers were solid, pasta dishes were amazing. Had the American chop Suey and the pistachio pesto with spaghetti. Serving sizes were good. Overall great quality experience. A little cramped, but didn’t ding because our three month old was happy the entire time with all that was going on around the area. Service was perfect.
