Love the food. Would recommend eating in-house and not takeout. Today marked a third takeout order where items were forgotten. We called not to complain but just let them know and they were very apologetic. If you do get takeout highly recommend checking for all items, I blame myself on this occasion. The food it top quality though 👍🏻

Nice spot if you want to listen to youtube videos full blast on the old ladies phone behind the checkout counter. Hoped for a peaceful dinner but I guess we don't do that here. Maybe not care too much about guests.. food is so-so anyways.

Food is good. Especially their pho. I get the rare steak, flank, brisket, tendon and tripe soup. However, They messed up my takeout once and I didn’t realize it until I got home, which was 20 mins later.
I am unsure what they gave me, but it was absolutely disgusting and almost made me throw up. I ordered two phos for me and my boyfriend and they got both orders wrong. Because of that, I never went back.
Parking: Parking can be difficult to find if it’s a busy night. It can also get difficult to maneuver out of the parking lot as it’s tight and people rarely know how to park.

We went on July 13, 2024 to eat Pho and bun Bo Hue but is the taste soup pho is bad and they exchange another pho but it is not tasty of the soup. Bun Bo hue the meat is also no good. I have never put bad review in my life but this time I will. People wrote good comments but i don’t get it. Please try out you would know.

Ordered a Gluten free dinner tonight for delivery! The order was delivered and the receipt said nothing about GF. We called to confirm and we were told that they can’t correct the order.That did not comfort us at all. My stepson did not eat it.
I ordered their special noodle soup that’s supposed to come with Rare steak, flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe. Instead my order came with deli meat chicken- dry and tasteless. I was disgusted. I asked for a refund and they denied it. If you didn’t have the ingredients, cancel the order. Thankfully, there are many other Vietnamese restaurants in the Worcester area like An Thu, My Sister's Crawfish II, Saigon, and Pho Sure all are better than this restaurant.
