Excellent food, huge portions, friendly service. A great experience. The restaurant was very loud with a few tables being unusually loud for polite restaurant behavior. I will definitely be back.

We were supposed to have dinner at another restaurant in Shrewsbury St., but they were booked solid! Lucky for us Piccolo's had a table for four of us for my birthday dinner and it was phenomenal - a better choice than we had originally planned!!! Calamari was perfect - crisp and a generous portion for 4. Caesar salad included super fresh white anchovies. Our main dishes were served hot from the chef's pan and enough for leftovers! I had to have cake as it was my birthday so I recommend what I ordered which was the chocolate cake made fresh in house and served with real whipped cream!!! Amazing service as well!

This was our first visit to Piccolo's on a busy Saturday evening. We had a reservation and was seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. They had a nice wine list and a nice selection of wines by the glass at reasonable prices. They had no special cocktail menu, and no mocktail choices. The food came out quickly, and was very good. The chicken Parmesan was huge! It was very crowded in the cozy dining room with every table filled, and it was very loud. I had a hard time hearing my dinner companions from across the table. Great food though at reasonable prices. We will choose a a less busy night if we come again.

Piccolo's was excellent as usual. VERY busy night there and still service was great and food came out timely. Love the loud vibe and energy in this restaurant. Always a great night!

All four meals my group ordered were delicious. The filet literally melts in your mouth and the black pepper noodles are perfect with Alfredo.

I have not been here in a very long time, but this visit did not disappoint. Really excellent food, not ridiculously heavy like many peers can be. A really good option on Worcester amongst quite a few choices.

As usual the food was excellent! The caprese salad was amazing with fresh heirloom tomatoes, right off the vine, you can't get any better than that. The glaze salmon over vegetables was also excellent, cooked to perfection. I can't stand when salmon is overcooked, but it was perfection!

Been by your establishment several times, and decided to make a reservation and go. It was so well worth it! The whole experience was wonderful cannot wait to go back. The food was top notch, and the waitress was very attentive.

I would highly recommend Piccolo's. It was very noisy due to a retirement party. Normally it is quiet to average. The reason I gave the server a 4 rather than 5 was she was too quick with drink orders and did not get everyone's order. Overall a great finning experience

Found a long nasty hair in my food. Wife's salmon, while thankfully hairless, was unseasoned and tasted like vegetable oil. Daughter would barely touch her pizza. Horrible horrible horrible.

We had a birthday dinner celebration here after attending a few times prior. The waitress and bartender were very attentive to us. It was a Tuesday night and slow in the restaurant so we felt like we had our own private dining experience. Every bite was delicious and the portions were generous.

We were a bit concerned that because the restaurant has been sold things would be different. We were so wrong. It was great - not only was the food outstanding but we met a new waitress who was wonderful (Liz) but a old friend Amanda stopped in also.. Had food to take home and still enjoy the next day. Be back soon.

Apparently under new ownership. Several staples on the menu are now gone. The taste and quality of the food was still excellent. Unfortunately, Gorgonzola dipping sauce is a slim serving - even when asking and charged for extra. The server we had was not what we were used to there. She was impersonal, forgetful and seems as though she'd rather be anywhere else. Will likely give it another try at some point in hopes it was just a bad day for her
