Their tried and true house dishes they've been serving for decades NEVER disappoint! The Belle Mondo salad - spectacular!; the lobster chicken in a lite lemon cream sauce w/ linguine (the name of it escapes me) but soooo great! Fresh hot bread @ NO charge! Topped it off with the chocolate layer cake. Fantastic meal and we cannot wait to go back.

We've been there several times and the food is always excellent. In my opinion, it's the best Italian food in Worcester. The service was also great and the waitress couldn't have been nicer. we aready made plans to go back in a couple of weeks.

My wife and I had dinner here for the first time recently and we had an awesome experience. I've always heard good things about Piccolo's and decided to try this wonderful restaurant. We made a reservation on a Saturday for 5:30 and we were seated right away and they had just opened so it wasn't that busy yet but people started filling the place pretty quickly as we had our appetizers and ordered our meals. The menu had a pretty good selection of Italian dishes. We both had soup before our meal ( Italian wedding) and it was delicious, and had eggplant rotini as an appetizer and it was to die for. Our entrees were like a chicken Parmesan with vodka sauce and homemade pasta. The portions were huge and had to get to go boxes but that's always a nice treat for the next day. We also split a delicious dessert which they had a great selection of and the service was excellent and my wife ended up knowing our server but overall this was a delicious dinner and the restaurant is really nice and the staff was really friendly and we are looking forward to our next visit.

As always, Piccolo's was great. Our server, Theresa, was terrific and was very knowledgeable about the dinner offerings. We will be back.

All in all excellent . Tuna Crudo delicious. Next time would request less capers. Salmon tips linguine special couldn't have been better. Not sure if we needed to ask for bread. Various servers pleasant.

The food is out of this world. There truly is no need to go to the north end. I couldn't have asked for a better meal.

Amazing food flavors and selections with crazy good desserts. Enjoyed celebrating our son's graduation from WPI with our whole family!

First time to Piccolo's after being recommended. Did not disappoint. Food was incredible, our waitress Amanda was great, and just had an overall good experience. We will certainly be back!

Good food with average service, at best. Super crowded the evening before the Mother's Day. They added extra tables, which made the whole place feel overwhelming to the point that it felt that people from adjacent tables were actually sitting at ours.

Excellent food, huge portions, friendly service. A great experience. The restaurant was very loud with a few tables being unusually loud for polite restaurant behavior. I will definitely be back.

We were supposed to have dinner at another restaurant in Shrewsbury St., but they were booked solid! Lucky for us Piccolo's had a table for four of us for my birthday dinner and it was phenomenal - a better choice than we had originally planned!!! Calamari was perfect - crisp and a generous portion for 4. Caesar salad included super fresh white anchovies. Our main dishes were served hot from the chef's pan and enough for leftovers! I had to have cake as it was my birthday so I recommend what I ordered which was the chocolate cake made fresh in house and served with real whipped cream!!! Amazing service as well!

This was our first visit to Piccolo's on a busy Saturday evening. We had a reservation and was seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. They had a nice wine list and a nice selection of wines by the glass at reasonable prices. They had no special cocktail menu, and no mocktail choices. The food came out quickly, and was very good. The chicken Parmesan was huge! It was very crowded in the cozy dining room with every table filled, and it was very loud. I had a hard time hearing my dinner companions from across the table. Great food though at reasonable prices. We will choose a a less busy night if we come again.

Piccolo's was excellent as usual. VERY busy night there and still service was great and food came out timely. Love the loud vibe and energy in this restaurant. Always a great night!
