Worst experience ever. Slow and mismanaged waited 35 minutes for a smoothie that couldn’t be finished because we had tickets to a show at the Hanover. Disgusted by the place as it was filthy and filled with annoyed people waiting for a smoothies. Complained to management and they did nothing but yell at the employees who obviously was overwhelmed.

So many options and customizable smoothies! Great service when I went and a nice place to sit and hang out. Also shares a space with Wetzel Pretzel and Cold Stone makes it super convenient and family friendly :) Downtown, but the parking is free on Sundays I think. Come on down!
