The new cashiers of this place should have a training in customer service, they don't know how to treat customers and when i ask them something they always make a bad face, I used to go with my family very often but with the new staff I don't feel like it anymore, they should learn to be friendly with customers since they have a job for us! Stopped in for dinner take out. We got a whole chicken, chicharon, rice, beans, and Empanadas for a little over $40. We got home, and everything tasted delcious. We had leftovers for a couple of meals.
Today I went to buy something at Pollo Centro and the cashier was very rude to me because as we can understand, business employees are the face of representation towards the customer and if they don't give us good service, they lose the business. I think she should be nicer to them. the customers and more attentive she had the look on her face like I was asking her for free food if you can't give pleasant treatment to the customer don't work for people like them, many businesses are losing customers and going bankrupt... the cashier It was the one on the left side. a Hispanic brunette

Have never had their food , this is my first experience with this restaurant. I Called to asked if they sold a certain plate of food and the person who answered the phone says" I don't speak English", so I asked if they had an employee who did and the response I got was a very rude "NO" and the employee hanging up the phone on me. Hopefully in the near future their customer service skills improve. There is an amazing restaurant with great food and service right across the street called Taco Mexico worcester.
