Narleni was incredibly unprofessional. I went in for a DoorDash order and she ignored my pickup needs while taking everyone after me. Corporate should do something about this kind of unprofessional. Sad.

I used the app to order and arrived a few mins after i asked for it to be ready. My order was not ready so I had to wait. Not a big deal if the food is good. It wasn't. The chicken was burnt and gross. They also forgot 2 meals and cocktail sauce. Bad food and bad service. Not at all worth it.

These people change management like underwear!! They never get my order correct. I always order a family 8 piece and they constantly mess that up... Macaroni for the side which is mushy and the cheese on top is hard crusty... Also over priced and they mess up your order.. Takes 40 minutes for them. To correct the order and then still wait for them to fix the order they suposd corrected.. Horrible customer service and horrible place to go.. Chicken taste like rocks too much breading.. Makes it hard to eat

I got a black chicken meat ,, I mean I've seen dark meat but the color of bruised meat that cooked. It turned gray black , I also didn't feel good even though I did avoid eating the half of the drumstick.took Pepto bismo after that chicken. Chickens were great but lot of time people work there get my order wrong... And I ordered on the apps . They sometimes just speak Spanish to me , I was so confused 😂

This is a popular fast food restaurant. Very busy when I went there. Very long wait for my online order that I ordered through the app. On the app the order was promised at 6:09pm. I didn't get the order until 6:30pm. No utensils or napkins provided. I knew it would take a bit,so that is why I ordered it through the app while I was at home, but it STILL was not ready, and I was about 20 minutes away!
