I was literally here a few weeks ago! I can hardly believe it closed! It seemed packed! We decided on Railers after a concert in Worcester based on a cops suggestion. We were starving since it was an early show and we didn't eat dinner before hand. Hubby ordered and old fashioned and I got a whiskey sour. Both were good. We also split the charcuterie board which was excellent. We did notice the service was a bit slow but I still would have given them a solid 3 stars. Since they closed, which is unfortunate, 2 stars.

Poor customer service from management. Did not care about a groups of individuals I was with and played off as we did not belong in the restaurant. Would not recommend this place.

So, to make a long story short. I had an issue with delivery and Grub Hub. Nate addressed the issue (not even his issue to address or fix). Fantastic customer service. Now and always. (we go there a lot during hockey season - season ticket holder). Thank you Nate for doing what Grub Hub should have done!! 10 STARS

Best. Burgers. Ever. The special sauce is amazing, you definitely want it. All I was missing was a fried egg but wasn't a big deal after biting into that juicy burger. Drinks were amazing too! We were drinking Jameson w/ a muddled orange and ginger ale 😉

A very limited menu here. Burgers are the best bet, salads are fine, beer selection is okay, and the homemade ice cream sandwich is a great ending. The servers are courteous and efficient. The restaurant just needs more menu items.

Came here since it was the only hockey pub in Worcester. Figured it would be a fun environment and it was! We came in to really friendly staff and our bartender Jackie was phenomenal. I'm in the restaurant business myself so I know good service when I see it. She was really privy to new comers and even though she was about 2/3 rows deep she took initiate to hand them back a draft list which was great for both her sales and the establishments sales. She was friendly on top of it. Overall seems like a perfectly staffed bar and I would like to add a good beer selection.

So we go on a sat at 5:30 . Sit at the bar and it's not very busy . Order wings and nachos . Takes like 30 minutes bartender says it's because they had a lot of wings and nachos orders . Really how long do they take to make !! I then ask for some extra jalapeí±os. Finish are nachos cuz it's been like 10 minutes, bartender says they had to go down stairs to get some and the cut them . Are you freakin kidding me !!!!!!!!

So this place was the closest around when it came to just eating something quick. Bartender was horrible. She only got excited when she saw a person who worked there come in for a drink. The food is no words can describe how horrible it was. I get it's a bar but have better bar food at least. Horrible HORRIBLE. Burnt cheese. End my review

First time here and I thought it was great! Great service, great sandwich, ice cold Guinness. They might not have needed to come over to the table so many times to ask how everything was but maybe that's because it was not a peak time. I will definately go back when in the area. Good place.
