We were walking around Worcester for the day brewery hopping and decided to stop in for a drink. Upon entrance we were accosted at by the bartender for bringing in our owala water bottles (we were carrying them around with us all day). We offered to dump them out and we were continued to be yelled at by the same bartender. Overall the place has a great dive bar feel but will not be returning due to our experience.

I walked in the night before Thanksgiving to have a drink with my friends and husband and the woman behind the bar said that she wasn't going to give me a drink right then and there because it was last call even though it was only 1:00 in the morning and she knew who she had to serve first even though I had patiently been waiting there for about 15 minutes with my money in hand. The exchange that we had verbally took about the amount of time it would have taken her to get two drinks for us. It was ridiculous and I will never go back there again.

10/10 this place is great! Every time I visit MA I go here with all my friends. Hannah and LA are both bartenders and they’re all so friendly and fast. Don’t skip out on this place.

Have been turned away twice for supposedly "being intoxicated." I'm 23 and I'm trying to get in one night and people are walking out screaming while they're turning me away after having 1 drink. Went to other places right after and they let me in with no issues. They'll let in minors but not someone who's obviously not drunk just because they can. Rude and unprofessional.

I went into Ralph's tonight with 6 friends. We are all 23 years old, she asked for our ID. I gave her my license and she said she needed a back up so I gave her my debit card, credit card, school ID and insurance card. She said she only asked for one, tossed the others across the bar and said they were ALL fake. She said I'm not serving "12 year old dirty kids". The bartenders name is Hannah and every single person in that bar said sorry to us and said she's always a "C***". I'm a bartender myself as long as three of the other girls I came in with. I don't understand that or missing out on at least a $50tip but I will NEVER be back when she's working.

Probably one of the worst bars I have been to in Worcester, extremely hot and the bartender was incredibly rude for no reason at all. Zero customer service skills, I highly DO NOT recommend coming here especially for a girls night out. Plenty of other places in Worcester to spend money.
