We hosted a rehearsal dinner last month at Russo Italian Restaurant. The event coordinator, Charlotte, the owner, Ed Russo, and their staff provided professional and personalized service that not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.

Oh Russo’s, we will miss you! Shed a tear during my meal as I realized it would be our last time here. Our delicious food was paired with the beautiful atmosphere, romantic music, and wonderful service. Best of luck in future endeavors.
Went there yesterday before it closes next week. Food was very good, all the items we ordered beat the expectations in terms of taste and portion size. Prices were reasonable as well. Solely based on food, I would definitely recommend trying this place once (if you are reading it before it closed)
Service was the worst. In the very beginning, we had a long wait before the waitress came to offer water and mentioned she will be bringing the complimentary bread soon. After 15 mins, she came back to take the order. After taking the order, she asked if we wanted anything to drink and we had to ask for a menu for that (normally that is the first thing you start with). Again after 10 mins, she came to take the order for drink and I followed up about the bread, she said they ran out of it for a moment and the bread is being prepared. We waited for some time and she came with our starter. After that, we got our mains. I asked for some oregano which she never brought. The complimentary bread was never brought, especially when she acknowledged thrice about it. Maybe they do better than that and maybe this was an isolated experience, I don’t know.

Met family for dinner last night and arrived early, was seated and our waitress came right to the table smiling. She had great knowledge of the menu and was happy to share her thoughts on dishes when asked. We took a long time, and the place filled up, I believe she was the only waitress in our area and was very busy. The thing is when she came to our table, she never showed that she was "in the weeds" and never lost the smile and happy to help. We had 4 courses from appetizers and salads to soup, entrees, wine and desert. It was all delicious and very generous portions. Food, service and atmosphere was excellent and we all left very happy and satisfied.

This restaurant offers delicious homemade pasta, and the food is consistently excellent, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. We've visited several times now, and on each occasion, the service has been subpar. Whether it's slow responses, inattentiveness, or long wait times, the staff seems to lack the level of attentiveness you'd expect from a place with such high-quality food. While we continue to return for the incredible pasta, it's frustrating that the service experience doesn't match the standard of the cuisine.
What a wonderful surprise. Had never visited before Love the exposed brick and stone walls Pasta was Al dente and the sauces were very well prepared And the deserts were great Not to be missed. We'll be back soon

absolutely wonderful experience at Russo!! wildly affordable for the best quality food and service in worcester. The atmosphere was cozy and quaint and the music was delightful. Our Server was outstanding and allowed us as much time as we wanted in between courses. she carefully boxed up our leftovers to go and even threw in some free bread in the bag. I cannot wait until our next visit to Russo.

This was our first visit, and we will definitely be back. The interior of the dining area is stunning, creating a great ambiance. We were greeted and seated promptly upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't very busy, especially considering its prime location and ample parking. The menu is just the right size, offering something for everyone. Although we didn't order any appetizers since we weren't too hungry, the ones we saw being served looked fantastic. The dinner portions were perfectly sized, and the food was absolutely delicious—especially the homemade pasta, which was cooked to perfection. The drinks were pretty standard, similar to what you'd find at other restaurants these days. The only downside was the service. It wasn't quite up to par, and I suspect our server might have been new. They didn't read the specials and missed several small details throughout the night, which gradually added up. However, I'm confident they'll improve with time, so this wouldn't deter us from returning. I'm genuinely surprised this place isn't busier—it's a hidden gem that you need to try out!

Edit: Had sent an email in the past, but never received a response. The pork used in the dish was near rotting. Pasta tasted off, like it was cooked in dirty water.

We love Russo's and brought another couple. No disappointment except the AC was not on or not working. Terribly hot in the main dining room which led to a less than great experience.
