We celebrated my son’s 18th birthday here tonight. Our waitress, Lorraine, was wonderful! The table was decorated in birthday confetti and she was extremely attentive and personable! Our food was outstanding and the entire experience was prefect! Thank you Ruth’s Chris - Worcester for helping us celebrate this special evening!

The 4 of us had a wonderful dinner. The food is exceptional and the menu had enough options to satisfy everyone in a group with different tastes. Service was impeccable. We were seated at the end of the room on a coach that spanned the wall with chairs opposite which was not as nice as the individual high back booths or even the individual tables in the center of the room but next time I will request a different table to perfect the experience. Bring your appetite as the good is very good and the portions generous.

Outrageously expensive for Worcester - Ruth's Chris or not. Food was decent but overcooked. Staff was friendly, but check-ins after seating, drinks etc were slow Even with availability in the front of the restaurant, we were sat in the far back which felt a bit like being punished.

Food was Ruth’s Chris standard. Nothing inventive, but everything cooked and presented perfectly. Highlight was our server Shavaun, who had a perfect blend of enthusiasm and professionalism. She took great care of us- and helped make my wife’s birthday special.

Don't waste your money or time unless you like your steak over cooked. The kitchen is a lost cause, the head chef and the manager do not know what they are doing.

Capitol Grill and Willys are too close and much more worth the trip.

Service was amazing. The food was mostly good, but does not justify the price point, and I make better drinks at home myself. For about $100 per person all-in, I’d rather drive all the way to Foxwoods and go to David Burke Prime.

Very good service from the server, we couldn’t get in for a group of 8 but were accommodated. The food was amazing and Chef Junior came out personally to check on how the food was, very good personal touch.

Top notch service, very good drinks and amazing food.

As good as the original location in Boston. Waitstaff were very accommodating and gracious about a special request my son had. Ribeye Oscar was outstanding.
